    The government has got nothing to do with it. They only reflect the views of society. In the Soviet Union it was possible to get a real prison sentence for non-traditional sexual relations. It no longer exists. But the propaganda of nontraditional sexual relations (not the relationship itself) is forbidden. Do not forget that we have a lot religious people and religious denominations are negative in non-traditional sexual relations. Personally, I absolutely indifferent who, whom and in what place of the body. Besides, I love lesbians (unfortunately unrequited).
