    Standard fixed fine for serious violation (violence, drugs, children). I do not know real penalty for which have Ray (but it was significant - that is, I assume 500). But Alexandra&Chad fined exactly $500 for fact that guests in bathroom did suspicious actions. The appeal that Alexandra&Chad physically could not know what happened in the bathroom not work. Advised always go to the toilet with guests. And A&C not happy with this attitude.Therefore, I think - this penalty not changed. That is, when shit happens (violence, drugs, children in apt) -500$.

    Силь - salt in Ukrainian. This is a very old brand - Soviet. And very popular. In Russia, packaging is different - Соль. Therefore, it is 100% not Russia (some packaging localization rules). Ukraine or Moldova. About approval. I heard little drama where participants visited many apartments (with jacuzzi, different types of kitchens, etc.) and they were all rejected. Approved already in the second ten options.

Just facts: 12 last apartaments - 1 really popular (almost like the good old ones) - but apt have penalty and next time problems will easily kill this apartment. 1 with good start - but they decided to slow down a little. All others webcam low level models or epic boredom with sofa holders + worst version D&D with girl toastmaster of children's matinees. You can estimate mathematical expectation new apartment (P&P replacement) on basis of statistics last opening apt in VHTV.

    1) Hot guests come some time. But most of them go down in history. For example, in winter come hot girl with large pool of friends/girls/fuckers - but quarrel with M&S and now she is in history. 2) Now it’s some better - but this is a new competition. Now there are other rules. Before - easy collect and keep large online on free camera. Now - start at free and then transfer to paid cams. Taken into account only online and keep on premium cams after the start event. 3) Yes. A lot of participants who should not be in project. 4) It been practiced for a long time. On personal agreements. And it always make problems - when participants or guests is unhappy. Main problem is how to calculate earned money.What money make guest. What make passive level/participant. a) Solution is obvious - VH must choose participants (some HR), same as well VH approval quality rent apartments now. I am sure at least 50% participants in last 11 apartments could be stoped and bye-bye at simple work interview. P.S. Most real soluition. VHTV loves fines! Why not introduce penalties for laziness??? Last place at end of day? -100% day money. All week no action/or not collected X hours in 6 hot apts bar -100$. And etc. 😉

    This is theory. Now look at the facts. What apartments are open from the new year? Or even last 6 months. How many couch holders were opened. Even quality of girls has fallen in beauty level. 11 apartments opened in last months and still alive - have less than 300 posts. From promising apt - Ray have -500$ in controversial situation and lost enthusiasm, now chose safe holding sofa. Loki&Lydia - decided it was better to slow down without getting -500$. Aurora - she’s not bad, but boring. More likely master children's matinee, than hot parties. I am sure new Fiona&Shrek or Daenerys will come to replace this apartment. Really want such a replacement?

    Прежде чем ждать ухода, надо позаботиться о замене. Ушло много людей, от которых это требовали. Выражали недовольство. И? Пришла ли равнозначная замена? Дейнерис? Софи? Шрек? Новые квартиры варьируются от terrible boredom до so-so with beer maybe ok, but not good. And VH fines policy - kills all promising apartments. Why do something with risk -500$ if you can lie on couch and have 30$/day.

    Company policy. Guests go to toilet and made suspicious actions. Alexander and Chad are blame - as this is their apartment. Fined 500$. Owners (A&C) cannot go with every guest to toilet. Therefore, they simply stopped inviting guests. Having decided - to leave with 100-200 dollars, it is better than to leave with -400$. And that explains why in VH now so few contentmakers and so many sofa holders.

    I wrote why so. And they will probably leave next month. Current VH policy - does not support content makers, on the contrary terrorizes them. Therefore, there are so many apartments - where a girl/boy is lying on sofa or doing a routine. VH not fined for this. But fined for suspicious guests actions - even if owners could not stop it in theories. This happened to this apartment. They planned to invite people (new) and make 3/4 somes/hot parties. And they did it. Therefore, guest couple did suspicious actions in the bathroom. Apt offline and 500$ fine. It was the wording that upset them.They cannot go to the toilet with guests. Any guest can do so - and there will be new fine. Therefore, they are afraid to invite NEW PEOPLE. Those people who are not new to them - now can not come.😉 VH just killed promising apartment - turning them into standard couch holders and flirting with cams.
