I don’t doubt that this apartment has been fully “ real life “ , I find it one of the most originals and definitely , I can’t think of as a reason for RLC to give it up . But having the portray on cameras that two tenants have an apartment with lots of benefits and hosting others when in reality it wouldn’t be that easy ( this is a very big apartment and I would say that it is more than 900€ rental per month ) , I don’t think Zabava and Esmi could financially support such an apartment off cameras . As said also , maybe RLC doesn’t want to “ give “ an example on how the apartments could be ( tenants hosting people for indefinite amounts of time ) . The mention of the ex Martina’s / Alberto’s apartment and that it was shut by RLC is a good theory though , let’s see .

Zabava hasn’t got a serious income while in Barcelona , the RLC help has been tremendous on that . Denis - of course 😂- as soon as the free rental and whatever more benefits from RLC look to be lost , he says he thinks is time to go back to Germany . We don’t know Esmi’s part on this , if for example RLC decides to kick the sisters off because of Esmi’s absence ( and let’s be honest , nearly zero contribution to the site for a “ single “ woman ) , it might be that overall RLC is “ pissed “ that the sisters have been using the property as a “ shelter “ , Zabava for Dennis all these months and both for their mama . I don’t say that RLC is against hosting for long periods people that the tenants want to be around , but this was obvious help from Zabava to Denis not to pay rental and Esmi hasn’t been justifying her RLC presence at all given this 3rd chance ( maybe also RLC got pissed off of her holidays extension ). I won’t be surprised that the apartment is just getting new tenants and RLC simply isn’t satisfied of the “ apartment’s performance “ ( having two singles living there , hardly ever guests when both have now friends in Barcelona , not serious adult entertainment apart from Zabava but she can’t do all ) . Conclusion , if I had to see and think it overall , I think RLC isn’t happy with what’s going on in this apartment , I don’t think that RLC is giving up the apartment .

As long as this has been shared on cameras , RLC management is aware obviously . I can tell for sure that management isn’t in favor of such behavior / thinking , many girls lost their “ spot “ as soon as they started spending more time outside ( sleeping away of the apartment ) rather than their own place . RLC isn’t interfering at all on how the tenants live their lives but giving them a place to stay , paying the rental and a monthly salary , they also expect a kind of “ real life “ engagement if I may say so . I don’t want to bring examples of tenants that completely messed their outside lives with what and how they should behave having a Barcelona RLC spot , it didn’t end well . It is very early and perhaps ( as we have seen many times in the past ) Jen will start enjoying her presence and become “ part “ of the project rather than seeing this place as just walking / being naked and play with her private parts occasionally . There can’t be a successful RLC Barcelona tenant who simply sees the place as 3-4 times per week simply sleeps there , on the couch and watching TV ( it can be if a tenant has been brought from Eastern Europe and is learning the city and a lifestyle ) , I think the hiring of locals is a “ call “ of RLC so as the local girls engage with lots of real life incidents because of the connections they already have by living in Barcelona. Time can only tell ( which in the end simply prove the obvious , RLC had the Russians / Ukrainians for years so as to have them FIND OUT / DISCOVER Barcelona and this was happening on cameras with some tenants simply loving the experience ) , if the locals start seeing the cameras world like Jen , i am afraid that it won’t take much time for RLC to change the model again ( however as we can see in the villa , already Dominga and Thais are doing really well being locals and of course the same is for Veronica

Then she’s an RLC tenant who doesn’t make the maximum profit , she needs to pay the extra apartment apart from what RLC offers . Maybe she was told that gradually she would move in the villa where the money the tenants get is really a lot and like this it won’t be so bad for her to keep the sharing room. In my opinion , a tenant who doesn’t embrace the “ new life “ she decided to follow ,sooner or later will become “ visible “ to the viewers and of course the management that i don’t think will appreciate much the missing times of the specific tenant . We need to see how it goes but I believe in the process of time , it won’t be the best for Jen .

Whoever says that a tenant has his/ her own apartment still “ active “ while being an RLC tenant , I really can’t understand . The only possibility to keep an apartment “ active “ , would be if they own it , meaning it has been bought by them . Why a tenant would spend nearly 600-700 € per month to keep an apartment and like this losing RLC money ? It could be that a tenant shares an apartment in real life with someone else , again , lost RLC salary paying for it . The only also possibility of sleeping in their “ own places “ would be if they have families in Barcelona and they can sleep there like perhaps when they have their room in real life living with parents , grandparents , brothers or sisters , family in any case . For me , anytime that a tenant isn’t coming home is because she spends the night at a friend’s house and simply decides to overnight there . I know for sure 4-5 of tenants that they have their families in Barcelona and this is where they were deciding to sleep occasionally and not in their RLC apartment , the reason would be a morning job or some “ temporary “ jobs needed to be done for a period that transportation and other helping circumstances ( being able to sleep more hours because of job distance for example ) would be easier . The girls usually open more or get frustrated when the first payroll arrives . Then they will usually speak with the person who recruited them / encouraged them for this job and then we see an either positive ( usually ) or negative RLC approach .

Lavika is still quiet and maybe she remains this way but she’s the one that I think can somehow bring a bit of “ difference “ in all of the other Barcelona apartments , at least till B1 maybe changes the way that the girls consider their stay , B5 repeating once again that is like non existing anymore . At the moment , I can only say that they try to adjust in the new circumstances, all of them . People have been complaining that NEW faces are needed and enough with the repeaters , we have now how many ? 3 in B1 , 2 in B2 ( I consider Annette new ) , 3 in B4 ( the 2 Latinas and Nani , I consider Veronica not new after many months there ) , B7 no changes ( Brandon as a guy I don’t consider new ) , B5 is destroyed . B4 isn’t that bad in the end , Neytiri ( and a bit less Nani ) tries to interact with the Latinas and she’s “ accepted “ let’s say , Veronica is keeping both “ cultures” united in my opinion and helps for the Latinas adjustment ( that both are doing great in B4 ) , the weakest link currently is Madison as she deserves more a “ couples “ apartment rather than the best room in the villa . I think a replacement with a same mentality like the rest of the girls in B4 could really elevate B4 for the autumn / winter times despite the no connection we see from B7 tenants towards the Latinas in B4 . And Buki is also a weak link currently in B7 and perhaps the guy who attempted the threesome with Neytiri and Dominga could spice things up given a residency . B1 looks “ cold “ , I haven’t seen smiles , fun and relaxed atmosphere , Vivi entered to just provide adult entertainment instantly but this was a “ turn off “ for me seeing a girl that looked clearly as she was told to do so . Rent and utilities to live nowadays in Barcelona is more than a tremendous deal . A tenant can have a normal job and it is a great way - being clever and knowing how to handle the expenses - to make money .

I can’t speak for the rest of the tenants living in other XLife project countries , I think though that the biggest “ bonus “ they get is having a “ rent free “ apartment . Living in Barcelona without worrying to pay the monthly rental , it is for sure a big thing . It might be that a certain amount of the rent is paid since the cameras are based only in the bedroom or in general in limited places in an apartment so , it might be not the full rent like the RLC apartments but a different “ deal “ . Ulyana’s name was mentioned as an example because of the recent visits , of course Sara might have discussed with her previously and might have affected her . But I agree that it is a more “ realistic “ way of living for the people being in the XLife project than with RLC and this way of living gradually makes them feel more comfortable . Still , Danaya had quite an active life when she was with RLC many years ago , Alexandra and Lucian had a more than remarkable stay ( Alexandra now makes online shows ) but nowadays if they make sex 1-2 per month is news 😁 , perhaps the “ cost “ of being married for a long time but they still love eachother. Also “ Fior “ being an XLife now tenant , Dayana and her OF actions as you mention , I don’t think that there’s zero benefit having the apartments even in the “ limited cameras broadcast “ of XLife , maybe different deals for anyone and according to the country they live . In the end , the biggest idea perhaps behind the XLife project is for the “ creators “ to simply bring on cameras as many people as possible with whatever terms from the tenants and the limited cameras installation ( or webcams ) , the project then expanding and being learnt from more and more people which ultimately “ advertises “ for free RLC , bringing potential new subscribers in that platform and why not , RLC acquiring easier possible RLC future tenants without the need to search for recruitments as current XLife tenants might want to “ jump “ from the Europa league / Copa Sudamericana ( XLife ) to Champions League / Copa Libertadores ( RLC ) 😁😉 . We will see how it develops , I am still though with the 2 free slots I get being a subscriber of RLC and my interest remains the “ crossovers “ seeing in Barcelona and that’s why I have Rachel and Alexandra / Lucian .

I believe that for Rachel , the first time was the difficult to do it , as soon as it happened , she became for sure more comfortable on doing anything and you make a good point that the XLife project is making her feel easier on performing .
