Kaya witn different cotenants I think would shine even more . Briana has no interest at all being in the project , Aya has lots of issues in her head and Brandon is the rooster in the henhouse(s) . Kaya is social , likes to interact , a a villa girl lets say , i like for example to tune in watch her . But I have no interest at all to watch Briana or the couple . Of course , different tastes for different people .

The room that now Tanya stays was given to Gelia but they changed her also very fast . Vivi is very good friend with Amalia , I don’t know the connection with Astra . Tanya had unpacked and set all things in clothes like no indications moving from B1 . I think RLC saw that the 3 girls wasn’t working and perhaps Tanya also asked to relocate her. In general , RLC Hub Barcelona is total chaos , like people who run the project there are either new or they try new ideas or the difficulty to hire is currently at the highest level.

The life outside you see it CLEARLY with the things they do occasionally inside the apartment . Ulyana has traveled nearly whole of Spain and quite a lot of other European countries ( we saw her in italy on cameras ) and for what it is known for Leora , it is just a 2 maximum 3 days journey to Germany since she joined RLC in Czech Republic in 2019 . Sex related , Ulyana and Leora is like comparing a Ferrari with , hmm , let’s say Kia . Shows related , let’s leave this to be subjective . Leora helped RLC to obtain fame and reputation , she was for many years and before RLC becomes more recognizable the girl that you could get a subscription . She now continues with her fame but she offers zero content than what we have seen over and over and over again .

We simply see RLC different , let’s move on with our thoughts because we disagree . Leora has done in her life ( both real and cameras ) 1 / 10 of what Ulyana has done. But that’s it , I can’t go into confrontation when we see this differently .

B7 villa is dead since a very long time . They got lucky finding a very nice and interested in the project tenant but with all the “ craziness “ going on with indifferent for the project Briana , drama queen Aya and a guy that no matter how decent he is , he tries to behave in a complex with 8 girls surrounding him and i believe the majority liking him but he having chosen to just mind his own business , it simply suffers of content .

Possible , I guess we see sooner or later . Who knows , maybe it can be the right switch also for Lavika and start enjoying a bit more her life like her previous stay as she clearly doesn’t look so happy during her current stay ( however she still tries to reward viewers ) .

Lavika deserves the master bedroom but it seems she has requested this room .

Let’s become a bit the guest’s devil’s advocate and reevaluate some things that don’t make sense , no matter what . 1) How about Sayn STILL not knowing that Elli had sex with the guest ? He simply wanted out because he saw that Elli spends time with him , ignoring him and choosing simply to be many hours with the guest when he obviously wants his girlfriend by his side . Reason on posting this ; I CAN NOT BELIEVE ( no matter anything that I try to analyze ) that a boyfriend of 2 years with daily routine with his girlfriend , despite a guest in the apartment will ACCEPT BE IN THE SAME APARTMENT WITH A GUY WHO FUCKED HIS GIRLFRIEND . 2) I am more than sure with the interactions we see between Elli and the guest that the guy NEVER entered the apartment with the intention to destroy the relationship or cause problems . He knew that Elli has a boyfriend , he asked if he could stay for some days and SUDDENLY Elli started flirting him and showing him that he LOVES his company . A few drinks later ..😂and they ended up kissing and fucking ( if I remember correctly , it was Elli who was putting and wanting his hand to touch her boobs ) . Reason on posting this ; if it was pure attack and wanting to cause ULTIMATE chaos , he would run after her the whole time , in her bedroom in the mornings. , sneaking in the bathroom while taking shower , IN GENERAL he would chase her and have a more “ aggressive “ let’s say approach if he wanted more . Nothing though justifies the actions from both of them , totally wrong . 3) Elli helping the guy because she feels like she needs to do this . Sayn accepting the reasons that Elli provides why this guy should be helped . The guy is accepted by Sayn indefinitive ( before the packing of his things by Elli ) because he is convinced that the guy could get some help for a short period to sort things out and then proceed with things in Poland . Reason on posting this ; Sayn NEVER EVER showed any “ offensive “ behavior towards him , never ever he raised his tone of voice on him , never ever looked at him kind of “ fuck you and get the hell out of my apartment “ . On the contrary , in all of the interactions with the three of them , he also laughed and seem to bave a good time , if he was feeling any threat from the guy , he would have said Elli from day 1 that something is wrong , Sayn completely trusted Elli . The saga and drama continues , an INCREDIBLE DEAD RLC PERIOD , luckily Angie is back and who would have thought that the most viewable apartments would be from LONG TIME COUPLE tenants ? Let’s see .

I don’t think that - in case Sayn leaves - this new guy becomes a permanent tenant , he might stay for a long time a guest but I think RLC will ask lots of things from him in order to put him permanently as a tenant ( RLC Business Wise speaking ) Elli’s personal life speaking , it is currently an excitement , it isn’t obviously how things will remain between them , tension will arise , bad moments will come , in case Sayn leaves , Elli WILL FOR SURE miss him during Christmas , we can say whatever but she clearly has feelings for him . The guest will not be having gradually the all nighters , most probably normal job duties will call as Elli clearly remains in the apartment, “ housewife “ material . I see more possible two possibilities for Elli ( in case of course Sayn departs ) . Possibility 1 ; Elli remains a single tenant and takes time to see how she feels by herself ( we don’t know also how the contract works , will she get more money if we assume that the money was shared between her and Sayn or it is just a fixed apartment money contract no matter the people residing ? ) The time spend as “ single “ tenant might define her future residency with RLC ( I have said repeatedly that Elli is the next Leora / Ulyana of RLC ) . Possibility 2 ;Elli contacts male or female friends and suggests living together ( difficult because there’s no guest room ) or RLC suggests her tenants according to a list they have of potential people wanting to join RLC Hub in Poland . We can then think of a possible relocation so as to accommodate Elli and a new tenant and this apartment is given to a normal couple . BONUS ( possibility 3 ) : Elli seems to have no obligations in Poland . RLC comes with a massive massive amazing financial offer asking her to go and try in Barcelona for 90 days ( argument largely based on the tremendous difficulties they seem to have finding tenants in Barcelona ) . These are my thoughts in case Sayn departs ( that he should ) . Elli as single , PLEASE SIGN ME non stop 😈😈😈😋😋😋😉😉Elli ready to shine , it is just a matter of time .
