    He should first wonder what he tries to achieve with his life and then advise Zabava . If he can’t “ persuade “ her for simple life things , perhaps , perhaps , perhaps , there is some slight hope that she “ questions “ her decisions and whether this man is the ideal for her future . Denis is the typical guy who knows that the girlfriend is crazy for him . She will do anything , satisfy him when he needs sex , money solved by providing in Barcelona , in my opinion , if Zabava moves in Germany she will be under endless depression . Maybe RLC can expand in Germany ??😏😏😏🥸

    When money “ talks “ , comfort zone is “ easily “ found / created 😉 . Only Zabava can’t see that if she was under an own rental apartment in Barcelona , they both wouldn’t have made it financially so far .

    I disagree but it is fine 😛 . I think if we could make a ratings poll , Ulyana would be 1st by difference ( EXCEPT the INCREDIBLE rise of the last nearly 2 months of Adeline who is the most watched tenant I think ) .

    3 different cultures represented in B1 .. whoever had the idea , he(she ) needs a psychologist to understand how relationships of this kind - in a rather unique working environment - can work . At the moment , RLC has failed to fill in B1 the right way. The girls might prove fantastic inn the process of time and perhaps under different circumstances but at the moment , B1 is second worse after disaster B5 .

    If the girls asked to “ get released “ , we can understand the change . If RLC decided to terminate the girls contracts , it is indeed a crazy decision why they did so .

    Let me explain you a bit my thinking . It is an “ instinct “ when we watch to “ feel “ how a tenant sees the participation in the project . I have never felt that Zoe sees herself as a tenant , she’s just having a rental free apartment , she was told what the viewers like to watch , she’s not shy and she does it so as to justify her presence , no friends visiting , hardly ever participating in any events ( when they barely happen ) . Ulyana has proved herself through the years , what more can be asked from her ? Russians are experiencing ( not so much to be honest now ) a very hard bullying in European countries . It is so many difficulties for them , constant checks if they have the right papers to be country residents , they have limits from where they can fly in Europe as their passports can’t be used in the majority of Europe ( Serbia , Montenegro, Turkey are some of the main hubs that they can travel ) . Now , both her and Harley have the chance to travel and escape some weekends . Indeed she was on holidays for the summer , but this is how Europeans do . Weekend escapes if possible , summer holidays for 2-3 weeks , whatever the job ( and money ) allows . I don’t see any mistake that she’s on holidays , she deserve it after being through a lot in her life ( indeed many mistakes from her side but which young person doesn’t do ? ) . She’s not sleeping over at other places because her “ RLC apartment “ isn’t felt home for her . She won’t grab a bag to go to anywhere , boyfriend , whoever. Mostly , if not at home , she will be at other RLC or XLife apartments . Conclusion , I don’t get the feeling that Ulyana is “ cheating “ me as a viewer . Had I the chance to travel so much , for whatever reason , i would certainly and easily do , even more perhaps . Zoe is “ using “ RLC for an outside life , Ulyana is “ using “ RLC so as to have a more quality life for herself , enjoy her times , her age , the things she can get in Barcelona . She would do anything on cameras without hesitation , she has done it repeatedly . Now think between Ulyana and Zoe who “ respects “ you more as a paying subscriber . Ulyana approaches 8 years with RLC , she must be doing something right that RLC needs her and calls her up again and again and again. One last thought about Harley . She seems to have decided to be away from relationship / sexual life , she likes to be single by choice and not that she can’t have a guy . We will see how the apartment will evolve ,but I have never doubted both of them and will never do 😁

    Adeline could visit Barcelona , or better because it is difficult for the Russians to travel , Annette could make a “ holidays escape “ to Montenegro 😎 We could then check who can claim the “ insatiable “ title 😁

    We reach the point that NOBODY in the end is to be blamed apart from the girls . There are basic rules when you decide to live in a foreign country . Let’s name 1-2 because this can be an endless talk. Deciding to live in another country , the first is to learn and respect how things work in this country and being different than the one living till deciding to go . The fastest you manage , the better you will adjust . Second basic is to try and learn as much as of the language , in case English won’t help you the way you believe . Now , I think Zabava if she spoke everyday English she could be really fine in the process of time but Spanish , both her and Esmi having not tried at all , this is a big foul from their side . Perhaps Zabava dream and want things more than they can - initially - have . You always need to seat from somewhere very low and slowly go to better and better opportunities . You secure income and way of living and then you try to make it better . So , I truly believe that Zabava could have found a dance classes school , ok , not one giving much money but even a little , it would be a beginning , she would have made a small circle and then slowly go for more . And Spanish , I mean , it is really an easy language to learn , some online classes she could ( and Esmi ) easily have done. RLC somehow then managed to keep them exactly as you say , having a decent life in Barcelona but at the same time , when you know that rental ( very very important ) is provided and also a more than basic salary , then all the rest is a plus and this is how the girls make it . Curious to see how they will both do if this is really over for both of them ( that I really doubt will be for Zabava .. )

    RLC helped her , her sister was hired during and soon after the war started . Zabava is in my mind as one of the last tenants to be hired from RLC with the usual terms and conditions that they did before the war begun , that is 90 days contracts or extended if possible . I think she was in Barcelona just for this job ( cameras ) but the way things happened , her life changed completely and ultimately , Barcelona was the decision for her to start a new life . Zabava can do dance classes i believe , there are endless dance schools in Barcelona , she could have at least an income . Or any other job like daily life people , the same goes for Esmi . There are moments that I can’t really understand how these people ( in our example these two girls ) imagine their life to be , I mean , it’s like you don’t see them worried for the “ day after RLC “ . They don’t seem to look for jobs , they don’t seem to want to expand any skills , maybe I am wrong of course as I don’t watch so often this apartment but that’s the feeling I get . And this is why I say “ obliged “ , I think she will always be available for RLC , if the apartment closes , she will want to have another one . With the lack of recruiting that I said earlier that I think RLC has , that’s why Zabava would easily I think offer to help , if she got the chance of going away from cameras for example , she would stay for as much as needed if RLC was asking her till they find a replacement .

    Denis and Zabava is a typical “ RLC couples apartment “ , the problem has always been in my opinion that this apartment isn’t a couples apartment and of course Denis not being a viewers accepted guy ( totally understandable as the viewers majority know that he takes advantage of her and only Zabava can’t see the truth , blinded by her endless love for him ) . Now , if Kitty and Smith managed to last for such a long time ( ok Kitty was always the “ attention “ due to her model looks ) , if they would get a couples apartment , I wouldn’t be surprised . To be honest , give them one of the rooms in B5 😂 , that would be a nightmare for both of them . I think that Zabava wants to be part of the project and possible , she feels obliged to the management as they have helped both her and her sister during the difficult times . Zabava as “ single “ , if she gets hurt from Denis and if reasonable time passes to “ mourn “ the end of the relationship , I think she will “ riot “ 😂 and simply live for a decent amount of time a crazy and fun life , kind of catching up the time she has spent with Denis. I don’t know if we are going to witness this and obviously I wish more than anything for Zabava to be happy ( which for her is to be with Denis ) but give me a Zabava the way I described and let her become a “ Marlene “ 😉😉😉😉😋😋😋😏😏😏

    I haven’t paid much attention to check more details about her , I hardly ever watch tenants that are on their bed and with their mobile . In general , B1 has lost my attention since the 2 wonderful girls ( Savaira and Chilli ) left , I can’t see chemistry in B1 and to be honest , not even by luck I saw Tanya interacting so far with the other 2 . I watched a bit today as she was trying clothes for her night out , she was on the phone with a girl speaking her native language (very weird as the spoken messages sent by the other girl , Tanya seemed to have them played in faster speed 🤔 ) . I am still intrigued by her as I do really think that she has taken this “job” seriously , not offering any adult content for me isn’t important for the time being as i prefer a more natural approach ( that she has ) than the “ forced “ performances that we get nearly everywhere . The girl isn’t shy and she has a killer body for her age ( as I think she’s not the youngest tenant in Barcelona 😏) , fantastic boobs , for sure I prefer her , let’s say , than Zoe or even more Lunette and Ada . Let’s see .

    I think any normal thinking person wants obviously the girls to live their life , if they have a job to increase their salary it is perfectly fine , either being a waitress or night receptionist or whatever , this is perfectly understandable . But Zoe simply “ jokes “ with her presence , she has the best room in B2 just to masturbate so as to justify her stay , other than that she contributes nothing to the project , at least the way as I see the RLC Barcelona project . And will say this now , people blame Ulyana and partially Harley but they are LIVING in this apartment , it is their residence . Yes they go on holidays often but WHY NOT ? Ulyana has money to spend and she simply travels the world ( ok , Europe now 😁 ) , why ? BECAUSE SHE CAN .. and this , either people are jealous because she changes destinations and they can’t do it ( afford it ) or they want an “ enslaved “ in the apartment woman . I do defend Ulyana but I don’t get from her ( or Harley ) that they are NOT RLC tenants , they do LIVE on cameras and in this current apartment they have , but Zoe ? Come on . Jen ? Only credit for her that she’s new and maybe she embrace by time the apartment . Anyway , if RLC thinks that this is the way to have the B2 master bedroom occupied by a tenant , what more can be added ?

    Hopefully Tanya having a date in the rest of the night , lots of time spending on choosing what she would like to wear .     So … Zoe fulfilled her daily “ obligation “ and she’s keeping on with her routine 😂🤣😂🤣😂 . RLC has issues - as it seems - to recruit Ukrainian / Russian speaking girls for the legendary Barcelona downtown apartments that have managed ( because for me is an achievement ) to make the Barcelona apartments unwatchable . There’s absolutely nothing happening , girls who see the apartments as rental free opportunities and a respected monthly or whenever they get paid salary . There’s zero will to see the apartments as part of the life they have chosen currently to have , the worst is that RLC ( perhaps with the attention to expand / grow XLIife project ) is “ whistling “ indifferent , kind of not caring of some of the biggest investments it has as a site in Barcelona . Zoe’s example is the reason for this post , she does it daily so obvious , like “ I did my obligation , off to my actual life now “ . It’s a pity how they have destroyed the apartments , from events , happenings and not knowing what to expect ( and that’s why the Barcelona apartments “ grew “ in the consciousness of people ) to what we have currently . I will “ exclude “ ( need to repeat myself 😂) , Lavika and partially Annette . The rest is in need of an EPIC shake up , kind of “ if you don’t feel like living in the apartments for whatever reason , please pack and goodbye “ .

I think you simply want to prove your point about Madison that you are “ skipping “ posts , again , I NEVER spoke negative about Madison , I said that she ISN’T A VILLA TYPE girl on how the concept for the B4 villa has been determined through the years and the lifestyle she has with her guy in the villa is “ affecting “ the way the rest of the girls behave and act . Nelly and Bogdan’s room is off cameras , move them there as was mentioned yesterday and the majority is happy . You are posting multiply , you try to be active in most topics and say your opinion that I think you might get confused at times on what it is said , from ( whom poster ) and for ( whom tenant ) and I believe you got confused with that one .

    Nobody said that she was a “ bad “ person 😊or doing things behind someone’s back or anything in general during her stay that could make “ drama “ . But I can’t remember anyone in the history of the Barcelona apartments that stayed for such a long time and did absolutely zero , even more behaving like a girl who had made a personal bet not to show anything on cameras . These types of girls , simply don’t belong in a project like RLC .

    Masha will ALWAYS be the best tenant , BY FAR the type of tenant that I believe RLC had in mind when they began this project . Pure real life at the maximum . Friends , lovers , boyfriends and girlfriends , relatives , pets 😁 . We saw it all , she did it all . In the end , perhaps above everyone and everything , RLC should have contacted her and talked with her , bringing the apartment a bit under maintenance for a period and simply discuss with her , show to her that they are always there and they support her. I think at her last months and after finally managing to have Elvis away of her life , she lost a bit the way she should do the things for the cameras. Never say never in life but Masha , GREATEST RLC TENANT EVER , will be irreplaceable .

    I am trying to be polite 😁, I manage I guess 🤣😂. We are all at the same page in the end , watching something we enjoy our times .
