    It might be that RLC simply owns the apartment and renting it currently . We also don’t know the “ status “ of all of the other apartments that are under the XLife project . For the main RLC HQ nowadays based in Europe , with Bogdan still under RLC payroll , I can’t think that RLC has no “ secret / off cameras “ apartments , it could always be a “ safety “ back up plan in case anything would occur .
