  1. @JAROPO She and Kiko left the project 18 October 2015. They were the last of the original tenants, and contributed greatly to RLC's formation and development. A little birdie whispered in my ear that they both have moved on to other career opportunities, and seem to be doing well. I and the other Nora lovers certainly wish them both the best.
  2. Looks like Kami, Kristy, & Rita have been replaced by our new ability to watch Ilona eating on the couch and Sara dragging in grunge rockers off the street. :trashcomputer: To each his own. I think I'll go see what the RLC cats are up to...
  3. I didn't take it that way. But as for asking members to respect the tenants, good luck with that. I've been defending tenants for years; my allegiance to the Queen of RLC is without question, and this particular apartment has been difficult for all Nora lovers. The insults toward her were continuous; the insults hurled by CC toward Kiko worse. Historically, as we know, guys get continually insulted and attacked. I'm sure they are used to that sort of treatment. Myself, I've always felt that this apartment was a bit wrong for the RLC format, although many other members fell in love with one or two or more of the inhabitants, and it still drives traffic over to RLC and it drives discussion over here. We have little we can do except to let the discussions happen. I vote we roll with the thread. Besides, Ilona's already got a fan club... Little Squirrel doesn't want arguments, and would prefer discussions, but he feels that this apartment is all about bling.
  4. The following words are not banned at CamCaps. Yet. 1) Diesel 2) Ignorant 3) Dyke 4) Terrorist (also know as a person who commits acts of workplace violence, according to the White House, which will soon itself be painted many colors of the rainbow and be known as the "Correct House." I'm pushing for the following phrases and words to be banned from CC, especially when they refer (and most of them do) to this particular apartment and to other situations: 1) Bling 2) Phat 3) any -iggle words 4) "mah baby fadder" etc., etc., etc. Complete proposed listing here: :lmao: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZilxzbKAN8
  5. I love the pneumatic table legs. Makes leveling the table much easier. All it needs down is really stiff shocks and a splayed naked nymph playing with the balls and the stick.
  6. Friendly reminder from your local neighborhood squirrel: This is a video thread. Or, at least, it was supposed to be . . . now, if we can just get the girls to cooperate and do something worth filming, we can get back on track.
  7. This is not the standard "Reallife" apartment like Maya & Stepan, the old N&K, Lora & Max, or any of the other apartments. It's eye-candy. It is designed to be eaten quickly. Melts in your mouth -- unless it melts in your hand first. Enjoy it. And avoid falling in love. That is the conclusion to which I have arrived.
  8. To my knowledge, this question hasn't been asked. So relax. From my experience, RLC has used different cameras that appeared to be decent and affordable at the time. The old cameras were all fuzzy by today's standards, but their focal length conversion ratios were more realistic. The newer cameras are higher definition, but they all seem to be wide angle. Camera placement has always been the primary focus (can I say that? :D :D :D) of contention here at CC. Too low, and you can only see the pillows that block the action. Too high, all you see are the tops of the heads and the vomit left on the floor after a night of tenant partying. And, of course, whether it's a "free" cam, a "standard" or a "premium" pay cam is of utmost importance to us cheapskate CamCaps animals. The CC people around here don't care about year, make and model of anything unless we're talking about the RLC ladies. :lmao: And that's the best answer I can give.
  9. Perhaps Ilona is unaware that she can get a terrific deal on a huge selection of stripper poles that are currently being made available by members of CamCaps. :hugnkiss:
  10. Geeze, this got turned into a food thread pretty quickly. But thanks. I'll remember you on Boxing Day, Dec. 26. Everyday when I wake up and I know my kids are doing well, I am thankful. (Weekend, smeekend. I'll be eating left-over turkey sandwiches for the next two weeks. At least nobody brought green quivering jello salads to the event! Thankful for that!)
  12. Calm down, gentlemen. There is no need to argue much about their short vacation. I envy them. If these girls had an opportunity to visit Spain, but stayed the entire time in the apartment masturbating for your pleasure, I would say that they're fucking idiot-slut-bitches with all of their brains between their legs. As for Ikea, I agree with botika; you get what you pay for, and there's plenty to choose from on the shelves.
  13. You're a member of CamCaps, and you post your thoughts and observations. That's good enough for the squirrel!
  14. Of course, if they were in certain other sections of LA, the cats and then the dog would mysteriously disappear. Anybody seen any Chinese take out boxes laying around?
  15. Jokes are here: http://imgur.com/gallery/8HL4K
  16. From today's issue of Forbes magazine, titled "Microsoft Makes Windows 10 Automatic Spying Worse" : http://www.forbes.com/sites/gordonkelly/2015/11/24/windows-10-automatic-spying-begins-again/?utm_campaign=yahootix&partner=yahootix
  17. Refrigerators in the United States and Canada are generally 66 to 68 inches, or 167.64 to 172.2 cm. Since these devices are generally standardized, having pretty much all been made in China (!), I would assume that a decently captured picture of Leora standing next to her refrigerator could give us a good idea of her height. If some clever member could come up with the make and model of the refrigerator, we could get pretty close to her actual height, and that would prove my assertion that her height is perfect. As for her weight, if I had the chance to pick her up in my arms, she would weigh no more than a feather or a bouquet of long-stemmed roses. Unless, of course, there was a skunk on the other end trying to grab her for himself! :lmao:
  18. I had a Win 7 Asus laptop's hard drive DIE on me. Replaced the drive. My OS system recovery CDs were scratched or corrupted. NO OS for the damn thing. Installed Ubuntu 12.04. My battery lifetime doubled. At this point, I know that I will be forced to use Win10. So I'm thinking I'd probably prefer to upgrade to a machine designed for it. This is an odd consideration when you understand that at one time, operating systems were designed for the hardware available. Now it's the other way around. The OS has become the driver to sell new hardware. Symbiosis exemplified.
  19. If you want to dual boot, most major Linux distributions will make a partition alongside your Windows. As for reading and writing data, my external USB works with every system I've got in my house, and it's NTFS. A picture of Leora's pretty smile that I captured on the Ubuntu machine is the same pix I see when I call it up on Win7. A book written with LibreOffice on one machine formats and reads the same as it does with LibreOffice on the other machine. Open source is cool. Not as polished, but it's free, functional and fast; and Linux itself is damn near bullet-proof when it comes to security. Having an operating system study your every move and report it back to HQ so that it can supposedly give you "a better user experience" frankly creeps me out.
  20. Yes, Scooter's real name is Eva, but here we call her Scooter. Maybe we should change that. Leora's real name is Goddess, but here we call her Leora. Maybe we should change that.
  21. Our guidelines are simple. If you have pictures of RLC tenants from non-RLC sources (private from VK, Facebook, etc.) share them with your friends via Private Messaging. And me -- I love a pecan now and then. But don't post these publicly. If you wish to post a picture to illustrate your comment in any discussion thread, do so. If you wish to post a capture in an RLC Apartment thread, try to place it in the correct apartment. If you wish to post any sort of interesting cultural or artistic picture in Old Dudes, do so. Especially if it has tits. Old Dudes still like tits. :P And cars. They like cars, too. :woohoo: Rants & Flame Wars and Worldwide Political Discussions have few rules, but they amount to: 1) don't post pix of the tenants from outside RLC sources, and 2) don't post any illegal pictures of underage humans. (Little kittens are OK.) I just thought I should remind everybody of those simple guidelines. The rules are listed at: http://camcaps.net/read-me/rules-6712/ And, to get back on topic, which was "how tall is Leora?" my belief is that Leora is absolutely the perfect height! :hugnkiss:
  22. We all have different tastes. I've got a good buddy from decades past. He's short and he's been balding for years. He's always had a girl in his life. He went for the tall women. I asked him why. "Cuz I can fuck, suck, and kick shins all at the same time." Can't knock what works... (He also clears $150K USD a year, dresses nice and smokes fine cigars...maybe that helps... 8))
  23. My friend: Picture posts which illustrate your comments about a thread ANYWHERE in discussion sections are allowed, as far as I am concerned. I mean, let's face facts. We're talking about Leora here...
  24. Barcelona's tourist industry is intense, important, and international. Barcelona needs this income, and it needs people to have fun when they visit. Let's hope it stays safe.
  25. In the U.S., the sales of alcohol varies among the states. Nevada, for example, allows sales and consumption of booze 24 hours a day, every day of the year. This allows a 24/7/365 night clubbing lifestyle. California doesn't allows sales between 2 am and 6 am. This allows police to hang out when the bars close and gather revenue from drunk drivers. It also pretty much puts the kibosh on the Barcelona-like lifestyle. Florida gives counties latitude. Sales in Miami-Dade are 24 hours. Puerto Rico has a no "last call" policy. So Americans will look differently at Barcelona night and early morning night-clubbing lifestyle, depending upon which state they are from. At one time, the Federal Government controlled alcohol, but that turned out to be the usual disaster, and was repealed. There's a nice chart in this article if you like to drink adult beverages and plan on touring the United States: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcohol_laws_of_the_United_States
