The time spent is worth it, because our approach to develop them allows us to modify and add features to Moments much faster in the future. Currently in Beta, we are collecting any feedback from our customers on how could we make this feature better. We are aware about styling, some videos missing and little nagivation inconvenience. Be sure these are the first things we're working on right now to update the look for everyone. We have a very big list of features to be added and modified soon within Archive Moments functionality.

We have eradicated some of them already, but there are some still there. Compared to all that happens at VHTV, there's a very minor part was shared. We are open to any suggestions of a better way. VHTV will introduce recon bounty for our users. Those who will inform us about the website, that shares our content illegally and it is not in our lists, will be given additional free days to current subscription.

No we can't. The more we grow, the more content will be shared illigally. We will be doing everything not only to cut the heads, but we will be working to prevent it. No matter if our solutions will kill your satisfaction of watching VHTV or not, you will be missed and you're welcome to join back anytime. For now we definately don't plan to implement such inelegant solution. Instead, we'll do it more clever in the future.

Please do so. We appreciate any help with illegal content sharing identification. That's why we will fight it, no matter how long, but the more we do it - the more effective our approach becomes.

The comment above is a reply to "they should have known they will be over the whole web" (not a quote). And we disagree with this statement and will do everything to prove it wrong. We don't intervene with forum discussions as long as privacy of our participants is being kept. We don't have any authority to censor discussions and don't even tend to do it - we don't care :) Of course feel free to discuss anything. But the content owned by VHTV is another topic highlighted above.

What are we, beasts to prohibit everything? No, instead we prefer open approach. You are wrong here. No content is allowed to be shared anywhere. This is copyrighted content, and any movement against it leads to lawsuits. We have already shut down several websites who tried to share the content from VHTV and will continue doing so. CamCaps members were exclusively allowed verbally (read, via our announcements here) to share pics inside this forum and some videos inside Attachment Center. So, if anything is being leaked to outer web, you can help us identifying not only the website you found VHTV content on, but the source of the leak. It is our responsibility to keep participants lifes private and secure. We don't do porn, and our participants are not actors. That's why we keep the content inside and allow everybody to have unlimited access to it for a reasonable price, within voyeur-house.tv. Don't try to make up rules or decide for people you enjoy watching. They are no different from anybody of us, including users of this forum, so instead of harming, try to help them supporting their efforts and the way they live.

I've got a message from Support manager, that remote session was succesful and we have identified the issue with late Archive Timeline load at Mira&Jeka apartment. Starting from now, all the records in the timeline of this apartment will load faster, but previously recorded streams in past 24 hours of this apartment will load at the same speed. Our recommendation is to give it a couple of hours to record new action and take a look to see if it works faster for everybody. Attention, this does not solve the live camera stream load speed. This last issue will be solved as soon as these cameras go to thrash and they will install new ones. Again, we are greatful to our amazing customer community. Thanks, nack.

Sure we understand and would never let anyone to access personal PC's. The best way to resolve these is running your OS in virtual environment (that's not as difficult as it may sound) and just let us access it. This way we have no access to your actual OS on PC, but we have your internet and hardware configuration within clear OS without personal data of any kind. Safest and the most reliable way to investigate any issues remotely.

That is the direction of our development. We introduce features step by step. They may be not ideal at first start, like Timeline, but we collect complaints and requests to implement them in future versions. Unfortunately we don't yet have that much resources as our competitors, who have more people in team and have been more than years on market, but we're growing to become the same big, but still effective. For those who can't wait us to become better we are always ready to cancel account by your first request, while we continue working on making things better. I know some of you get insulted or annoyed by this approach, but that is VHTV :) Please elaborate. Quality or speed? Could you forward more details to our Support? That is very weird. Again, we need to run detailed tests on your side.

That is exactly what we expected to hear. Basically, we have two groups of audience in this case: those who pay for subscription, but have a very bad internet connection and those with 1Gbit connection and 4K screens. Please bear with these transitions for more days while we run the experiment. We're waiting for more feedback on these changes from other users. After that we'll make bigger changes with adaptive video quality.

Yet you haven't replied to my request to connect to your PC via PM. I watched the video where you showed the problem, but our team needs to take a look at console data.
