This is now an apartment of Anna & Alex & Peter & Emma & Kate & Louie

Dear all, we are aware of issues with cams in this apartment (audio de-sync and freezes on camera load sometimes) and will be assisting to apartment host with this problem. The reason is that this is totally independent House with their own equipment which we have never worked with (and will never work with this brand, after all). The solution is either swapping all the cameras to other manufacturer, or exploring some solutions on server side. Anyway, these cameras are not very reliable and host knows about these issues. Be sure we will find a solution for this apartment and will help it's manager to implement it. Cheers.

Hi Nack, can we connect to you via TeamViewer or any other remote desktop app to verify the issue? there is no problem with timeline at Mira&Jeka apartment. I can offer you refund for yor account because of this inconvenience, because we have no other support requests on this case. We have nothing to fix with Mira&Jeka timeline right now. If you could let me connect to your PC, i would check it personally. Kindly forward connection details to my PM or Support ticket.

Hey nack, the timeline there works as fine as ever (considering all the general inconveniences with timeline). I have checked it now. It may be problem on your side, please flush the cache for VHTV at your browser or try to re-login to clear cookies. The same reply will be forwarded to you from Support.

Challenge accepted :D We'll find a way to stream POV of webcam for sure. Everybody is free to do everything. If nobody would watch them - they will notice that instantly via their dashboard and will make conclusions.

The reason why they don't have names yet is because Alex&Anna told they won't stay for long :) We'll check with them tomorrow to see if anything changed.

Step by step, Jabbath. 3 Cams coming, and nobody limits them to add more in the future. The bathroom cam is the only decision for now. At least, that's the best the host of this apartment could achieve, but we'll do something about it. There will be more cams in bedrooms. The hallway is living room and there will be free zone with sofa and something for participants to spend time with. Right after more cameras will arrive there. Fixed now. Thanks for noticing.

No clue, but there are no direct reasons or restrictions for that. Basically, it's up to them to decide when and where they spend their time ;)

To make things clear - we did not cut anything and, basically, we don't do that. Sure, there may be many reasons why Thestarider did not get the feed at that time, but that's just a coincidence. We do monitor our cams and we have extended our monitoring time recently, that's why we can react almost immidiately in most situations. To bring our attention even more quicker, it is better to send us Support ticket. Twitter and CamCaps are checked regularly, but not often, that's why, as always, we ask you to send support tickets first. We don't and will not censor anything at VHTV. If you don't like something you see happening Live - it's up to you to continue or exit stream. Sorry, but we're focused on delivering real life, real time experience.

That's the information we have :) No matter how much time and money they invested, they really did a great job and a very good example how it can be done. We love competition and wish our competitors do better and better, so we could always improve too.

It may come true. Guys have proved themselves as responsible and we apprecite their efforts within their apartment now. They got to the top really fast, so there is no doubt they are free to continue doing the great job!

Mira & Jeka apartment is up and running. With 5 cameras for now, +3 cameras will be added within two weeks. Feel free to provide feedback on camera positions, lighting and everything related to them. This couple runs some webcam shows, so it may be interesting to watch them having fun there. Yes, we may consider connecting their webcamera to VHTV sometime later so you could watch them in close-up within your VH subscription.

It will be better. Be aware, that RLC started developing Replay right as soon as VV introduced it's Archive :) We will become as big as RLC pretty soon, and our resources, mainly in development, will grow too, so we could roll out changes faster. VHTV devs know about ANY bugs and irritating features of current Timeline version, and we are working on new versions. Beta is beta, and it may be tough to pass. Thank you for your feedbacks. Yep. We are testing them upcoming week to find all the bugs and to outlist the features to be added in next version. We will give an update on progress by Tuesday. It is possible and planned. No due dates for now. There is a chance. We will consider this and will let you know if it will be added.

This apartment is now called Eric & Layla & Jess & Sam. Welcome Jessica and Samuel (Jess & Sam) to this House. Hope they will get used to new life easily and will give us the most enjoyable views over there :)
