She was telling Alberto all the funny things of the trip, how much they drank and danced with her friend Marta, and how little they visited in Valencia because the hotel was very comfortable and they spent most of the time in the jacuzzi, drinking and having sex.

I don't think they are going to receive a visit today, Martina is most probably going out tonight as usual on Friday nights. Nelly will come to the apartment tomorrow in the evening, to spend the night and depart early on Sunday. They plan to return late on March 31st.

The number of appointments per week is a weak argument to support your opinion. Apart from the fact that they need 1 to 1.5 hours to travel from one apartment to the other, they met 3 times a week on average (some of them off cams, for example last Friday afternoon they went together to the hairdresser) in the past weeks. And next week they will spend 4-5 days together off cameras.
