Harley, I totally agree with your second sentence. But there are newbies present who,possibly have not seen some of the actions of tenants. That lead to police involvement, regarding tenants activities. Causing RLC to step in. That being the case, I can not agree with the "everybody" factor of your first sentence.

I will repeat for the benefit of the Newbies. CamCaps HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL of RLC POLICIES. Just as the POSTS here are calculated clicks. Nothing more, Nothing less. That Cam Caps bases the traffic on. I suspect RLC has a source of these numbers. All the hub bub of the past now thirty some pages, Is the result of the ideology, that Leora currently responds to what is written here. It was documented in the past. But was terminated when Jimbo 4 announced " Leora Closes Her Account " no less than 6 times. That was three years ago. Resulting with a RLC ruling regarding tenants conversations. Whether she reads, or does not read what is posted here. Has become cannon fodder for the "all knowledgeable ones" to gain followers, and pump up their Egos. Theories have been given to some of her actions, in the current apartment, that she responded to a post. With questionable validity.

That proves the fact, that virtually no one goes back and reads the page before the one they are posting on. You might try reading the first 10 to 12 pages of topic # 33, just to verify the accuracy of your reporting. The first ten to twelve pages. Is the record of posters not pissing and moaning , and making their repeated threats of letting their RLC subscriptions expire, is a record ! It is my opinion to advise all . To terminate their RLC subscription forthwith. Or at least, never to renew an RLC subscription forever. This would end all the frustration represented in the last 21 pages, of trying to justify your ( never to happen ) control of one persons life. Whom no one in this forum has ever met personally. It would also terminate the disappointments, and bruised ego's when Leora does not dance to your puppet strings. Do exactly what Leora has been doing. That being going outside of the walls of the structure she lives in. And enjoying what the world OUTSIDE offers. Personally, I think that each, and everyone should consider their options when renewal time comes. Based on the priorities that affect each individuals decision. What is important that one chooses their options based on their individual thoughts, and not get caught up in "sales pitches" of others. imo! 😉

No individual was singled out in the original post I made. I have been bluntly told this Leora, Malia thread of CamCaps forum is not for a Leora fan. What my post was directed to was the offensive slander made with no validity about Leora's activity outside of the apartment. Out of the range of the apartments cameras. However should one notice Leora, or Malia waving from the top of the building in the reflection of the window as seen by the balcony cam. Or, see either one climbing in the tree outside the living room window, as shown by Cam4. Please feel free to make a comment. 😁 I for one also enjoy seeing the packages with stores names on them that are brought back from their outings. this is my opinion

Regarding tenants pay. StnCld has posted that each tenant receives 2000 Euro's monthly. That is in addition to the apartment rent, and apartment related costs. I am of the opinion that the Original GOV Barc apartments, before the collapse of the Russian apartments, because of the short term tenancy. MAY have received incentives. Without seeing an individual tenants contract. It is at very best. Guessing !

This is, in my opinion, what this thread should be about. Posting, and having fun while doing so. With the posts based on what is actually going on in view of the cameras. Commenting on the Leora, and Malia's actions, and interactions. Forums should be fun for all. Not battle grounds based on what"can not"be seen on the cameras !
