  3. Exactly...I have cleared my cache and re logged in numerous times...works for a bit and then re starts. I have done everything they asked of me. Sent them my IP, my browser data, cleared cache on three browsers and three computers that I use. They have told me that it is not my issue, but it never gets fixed. Wasted 5 days of my sub to say nothing of the effort to "help" them. After all that, I'm supposed to be patient and satisfied. In the mean time I'm still trying to figure out why, they have me jump through hoops to prove it's not at my end, when it always comes back to their server issues, including the North American ones during my last sub. Of my two subs I am now down about 10 days in total...but hey I'm supposed to help them!!!

  6. Oh no it's working just fine at the moment...because there is nothing to see. But you go ahead and spend the money...Don't take several peoples word for it. BTW... the mod above didn't come clean that Vh is a sponsor of this web site.
  7. Which part of all the posts complaining that they can't connect when there is actually something to see? As well as which part do you not get that the poster of which you asked the question has some kind of obvious vested interest in VH?
  8. Well they are not responding and have chosen to ignore us. They don't respond to email or any open ticket. As this goes on it does not look good. They owe many of us extra days if they ever fix it.
  9. For the fifth or more day in a row...all I get is buffering!!! I cannot go to any popular cam listed on the previews...VH this is completely unacceptable. You are not responding to email and you are not fixing the problem!

  11. Listen...as mentioned we are not angry at you. But...you have put yourself up as the VH connection...so you wear the frustration. I am tired of sending tickets and complaing about their technical issues on here. Only to have them respond that everything is fine and after having me do a bunch of stupid shit in order to prove it's not my connection or internet speed or browser or cache...they finally admit TO YOU that they have a problem. I have twenty notes back an forth to them and I GOT NO NOTE SAYING THE ISSUE IS THEIRS!!!
  12. Why would they give YOU that information YOU"RE not having any issues. I've been complaining for fucking days and all they do is tell me it's my problem!!!

  14. So are they going to give me back the three or more days that this has been an issue and unwatchable? This is ridiculous...it's not the first time. Putting in a ticket means they just have you dance and jump through hoops for some time providing them with a shit load of info about YOU all the while, they know the issue is theirs. Then they tell you that you are using the wrong browser or to clear your cache...wish I thought of that!!

  17. He didnt offer to help...he felt it necessary to intervene and tell me that his was fine. I do not care if he is NOT having issues. I only may want to know if anyone else is having issues. If you are not...THEN KEEP QUIET!!!

  19. Just went through all the BS with their support...including a speedtest. ctl/shift examine and copy screenshot of network tab Bla Bla Bla... Their reply Thank you for the screenshot. IE is unstable browser and we can not guarantee a proper work in it. Please use Chrome, Firefox, Opera. Your Voyeur House TV Team, I ALREADY USE THOSE FUCKING BROWSERS AND THEY ARE ALL THE SAME!!! EXCEPT NOW THAT EVERYONE IN EUROPE HAS GONE TO BED AND SINCE NOTHING IS GOING ON IN VH RIGHT NOW...GUESS WHAT>>>THE BUFFERING HAS STOPPED CAUSE THEIR SERVER LOAD IS DOWN> FUCKING TWATS!!!

  21. Look I'm in Canada you are not. There is a separate NA server that fucks up all the time. They need to address it!!!!
