True. Zoe is one of the best tenants we have. I wrote to Amy and will write it here, that the video that provided Amy shows the violence from the part of Sun. We will take the measures to change his behaviour and protect Zoe.

Amy, nothing bad happened between Zoe and Sun. This couple is very inventive and doing different things to make villas more spectacular. I have Zoe in my chat and she is 100% alright. That was just a role playing. Ps. I did not recieve the video.

Just believe me we are not doing it on purpose. That's the way it goes for now. We do see that it looks bad, that having only 4 apartments we are less interesting than the others. But there is still interesting content on our site and we will go on working on it.

Volga is closing today. Inna and Jack are moving to Dubna and Zoe and Sun will move to Tver.

Inna invited a guy to Dubna. He is in now.

On 16th and 17th will be no broadcasting in Dubna from 13 to 15 o'clock. There will be no electricity in the building.

Nice words, thank you all. We do think that old tenants are leaving for the best. As most of you said before the site needs renovation. New blood. New people will come and make it better.

Marna and Greg are returning back to stay in their town. But the plan is to work with us independently. Now when they know how it is functioning, they are thinking to set up the new villa, participate and recruit people. The only problem is that there are no dates set and no contracts signed. So the result depends only on Marnas will. By the way, Lisa and Nick were thinking the same. So there is still hope.

Marna and Greg are leaving the project November 14. This evening they are meeting with Tver to say good bye.
