All in all 11 cams for 5 villas are changed. We are planning to change the rest, but for now it's like this. I can tell that 3 for each villa and 4 for Tver. Hard to say the exact numbers. -
Lex and Iris will be back on 28th of July. They have a trip to the South. There's not enough summer in the North. And Lisa and Nick on the 2nd of August. Vacations as well.

Ok. Sure the plans are great! To open more villas, get more tenants. But when we talk about the tenants its a human factor involved here. Its unpredictable.

You want everything at one time. The issues are solved one by one here. And we shouldnt forget the summertime when things are moving very slowly in Russia (and many other countries) due to the summer vacations.

I was informed that they are bought and we are waiting for delivery and installation then. Don't want to be too positive about that, but in a week may be we are having them installed. I really hope so.

So far there is no difference between the new and the old ones. And the new are even worse. (lack of possibility to place an overlay with water mark for example. and other issues.)

Right now we are testing the new cameras, its' quality. Unluckily there is no one to ask which cam is better. You can't go to the competitors and ask them for the help in that matter. So we are going very small steps, but still advancing. We are doing all the possible.

This is the bathroom repair, not the camera repair.

Just to give some update: Today at about 10 PM the bathroom camera will be off for 2 days due to the repair process in the bathroom.
