    The LR/Kitchen doesn't have a good layout for cam positioning .. And most of the times i have the sound almost mute because of "noises" 😁 But i know how hard and ridiculous expensive is to find houses in this side of europe in big (and especially touristic) cities.

    Both speak Spanish or Catalan? I tried to understand them but the echo in the house (or maybe it's the monitor speakers) doesn't help me. And if they speak fluently, the normal speed of the language also doesn't help me 😁

On RLC i don't even know who are who on the "B's" don't even spend time at that houses.. I totally agree with that perspective you have

    Being their own manager allows them many things... Be who they want to be... Do what they want to do... Leave when they want to leave.. (And all of 3 is great) If this is just an extra money for them (both seems to have jobs).. I guess they will be around until they stop to have fun/enjoy like the other independent managers
