Girls generally don't have any issues being naked around each other when they're friends, doesn't have to be anything sexual (B1, B2 and 3K house prove this). It just means they're comfortable around each other. They took a bath together earlier today, so Masha walking around naked probably isn't a new concept to her. What do we really know about this other girl anyway, who is she exactly? She could be Masha's sister for all we know, or even Sasha's sister.

If it was before she met her now BF(the guy she spent a week with) then it doesn't count. She skypes with him every night so I think they're serious, and thats why I don't think Renata has a chance of getting anywhere with her now, if she even did to begin with.

The double bunking with Nita and Leona is most likely temporary, as Irina is probably leaving soon. Irina won't accept advances from Renata because she has a boyfriend, and to be honest I don't think she swings that way. Renata and Irina are just friends.
