The reason for that is because in the Previous Board everything was confined into one spot so it likely had some feature there that would take you your spot you wanted. Now that each Apartment has its own Board with the Apartment Topic within you now only have: Going to the Topic Listing will only take you back to the Title of the Topic you were just in. The way to get back to the Main Board quickly where are the Apartments are listed is by using: Then it brings you to this page. When the Logo is Bright there is something in that Board that's Unread and when it's shaded out there is nothing new posted. Like I said before I don't have any Mobile Device so I don't know how the Software works with Mobile Devices.

The only thing with the black link is it's set by a URL. For example if the last page was Page 50 and the URL is set to go to that page then when 10 or 20 pages advance Black Link will always take you to Page 50. The only way that I know of is to use the Blue Link it takes you right into the Topic Board where the Apartment Topic sits on the left of that Apartment Topic will be a Blue Circle or a Blue Star. Clicking the Circle or the Star will take you to the last page where you left off when you last visited that Apartment. A Blue Circle means the Member has visited that apartment but has never made a post within the Apartment Topic and a Star means the Member has Comments or Content placed within that Apartment Topic. I'll work on one of the black links and see if I can come up with something that will take you to the last page left off at when last visited.

RLC never lets anyone know what happens. They'll just pull the plug and that's the last anyone will see of this apartment if they split.

Pictures and Videos can still be posted in the Open Forum Boards of RLC but they have to use a Third Party Host to do their uploading with rather than upload it directly to Cam Caps Servers using Attachments. Attachments can still be used for uploading but if it's used then the Content of the Attached Upload has a Board for Premium Members to place the uploads of Attachments.

If there is a comment in a Board the VHTV Logo will stand out. If there is no Comment the Logo will be faded out. Before the Logo was placed it was just a Blue Circle that was there if the circle was dark there was comments made and if it was faded out there was no further comments in the Board of the Apartment. It's a little more work with the mouse to get around compared to the way it was. You never know if something different is going to work unless you try it for a few days and get the feel of a different way of doing things. It may seem like a task to do now as most were used to the way it was set up as we tried before for a change but it wasn't well received. Just give it a try for a few days and if it's not what most want then it doesn't take much to change back to the way it was.

Apartment Complexes usually don't get into the practice of letting Tenants access the Rooftops.

If the Content is Posted in the Open Forum Boards of RLC then a Third Party Host Site must be used for Posting of Picture and Video Content as Attachments uploaded to the Cam Caps Servers is not Permitted in Open Forum RLC Boards. Premium Members can still Upload Attachments to Cam Caps Servers if they wish but they have to post in the Specified Area designated for the Attachments to be used.

The Pictures that are not showing are on the Pichoster.net Server. They are currently in the transition of making their site https. Once that gets implemented the Pictures currently not displayed at the moment should reappear.

The Third Party Hosts where the Images are Uploaded appear to have gone Under Maintenance on their Servers. When this happens all Pictures become Temporarily unseen. When the Server comes back online the Images should reappear. How long the Procedures take the time can vary from 15 or 20 minutes to a few hours depending on what type of Maintenance being done on their Servers.
