Some of Hopes gif images take longer to appear is because of the size of the file. A gif image has to buffer before it basically appears. Gif Images can be most times 10 to 50MB a piece so the buffering time takes a little longer.

It all depends on how the user uploads the content. If they use the Attachment Feature then what content goes through using that feature is available to Members with a Premium Membership.
