Here is a very nice app I use called Lock Hunter. http://lockhunter.com/ Install Lock Hunter once installed. Go To the Task Manager right click the process that won't shut down and ask it to take you to the files location. Once at that location right click the file in question. Lock Hunter should be in the menu. Chose Unlock this file and a box will appear showing the process that keeps this file locked. Choose unlock this file, if it does not unlock a thing will appear at the bottom of the Lock Hunter choose the option delete this file at next start up. When the computer reboots Lock Hunter should remove the file in question before it has any opportunity to start. There are two versions of Lock Hunter. One is for 32 Bit Computers and the other is 64 Bit. Choose the one that suits your computers needs.

Begging will always be a big part of the Chats on Cam Shows. Some performers give another user in the chat permissions which enable them to kick any one out of the chat that is rude & obnoxious toward the performer but Blue doesn't seem to have any type of Moderator for her performances. So she'll have to put up with the rudeness until she gets someone to deal with it while she's performing. Performers without a Moderator will just stop their act if the chat gets to overly evolved with insults which in turn results to a loss for the people that Tip Tokens for the Performance. The Performer will still get paid what she got from Tokens but the one giving them has lost because they never got what they Paid for which results in losses to the performer in the long run as she likely won't get any more Tokens from the ones who gave but never received what they paid for.

Lina & Mark arrived January 02,2013 and were there until about June 24,2013. after that Leora & Paul went June 28,2013 and are still presently here. So it will be coming up 3 years for them in June.

When I get a chance I'll go into the archives and look. Then I can give an exact date when they started.

They have been on RLC going on almost 3 years. Lina and Mark were the previous tenants before them.

I would say your best bet would be contact RLC support from their site and they would be able to assist you with anything with signing up if you are unable to do it manually through their system or Pay Servers.
