    RLC just leases the apartments. Then install the cams. When the lease comes due and they don't renew they just remove their cams and move on. That's my understanding of it, but I could be wrong.

    It's just my Mother I buy for. But can spend a few hours in one store deciding. What do you buy a Mother who is 83 years old for Xmas. She has just about everything she needs. Gift Cards are about the only way to go for someone that age. I do it while she's still here. After she's gone won't be anyone else to buy for.

    I never noticed today. I was out doing some Xmas shopping. I hate waiting till the 24th to do it and then have to carry a can opener to get through the Sardines at the checkout.

    I have an app with a working username and password for encoding. When you download it as mp4 it will come out as a large file. This app re-encode as mp4 again but just use AppleTV MPEG4 and the mp4 will now be 30MB instead of 150MB. Let me know if you wish it or not. It's called Ultra Video Joiner
