CamCaps no longer uses PayPal. It uses Payza or BitCoin. It does not accept MasterCard for some unknown reason even though the MC emblem is attached as such payment of transaction. Almost all retailers carry Prepaid Visa or MasterCard. You would need a prepaid Visa Card since MC doesn't seem to process. That's about all I can tell you. I don't know what a bitcoin is so I can't explain that.
