They can disagree with another member’s post without it being removed; the issue lies in how they address it. It’s quite simple, avoid the name calling or using offensive language that isn’t necessary.

There will be the odd post here and there but if it's going to where it consumes almost a full page or more that's not on topic then the whole thing will be removed.

Nothing more than what I stated before. The SSL Security Certificate has been updated but somehow it still appears as invalid. Likely something to do with the new Version 5 software. Admin is aware of it. EDIT: The xCanFan website is now back online.

The apartment topic should only include conversations about the tenants in their respective units. Anything else is considered off-topic and will be removed once noticed. I’m not online 24/7, so some things might take a bit longer to be removed. I’ll go through every post, which takes about two hours a day once I’m on. This is just a discussion board about The Hot Seat. The actual Hot Seat topic will be on a separate board, which will be locked so only Mods and Admins can access, but it will be visible to everyone to see.

The only place to call someone out is in Rants & Flames; anywhere else in the forum will be handled differently. It’s time to bring some civility back to the community. Every member has the right to post in the forum, whether they’re right or wrong. The real problem starts when discussions go off the rails, drift off topic, and turn into personal attacks. Starting January 1st, that’s going to change for all topics except Rants and Flames.

The only way to avoid it is for one to behave themselves.
