Indeed, I have been saying this a lot lately. Lighting is so important for a voyeur site. It's a critical piece that get overlooked too much. The reason that Ary's cams look so good is the lighting. But it subtle I'm not saying that VH should build porn sets or have the degree of lightning the Casahot had. But in order to get a decent cam view in a home, you need light. Each apt should have the ability to create a dim mood light and the option to create optimal light if desired by the tenant as a means to create the the maximum quality view for the viewer. This can be done without visible spot lights or the need for tenants to move lighting around like Drew and Bree did the other day in the kitchen. Again, it needs to be subtle. The idea of realness needs to be cherished and catered to. We all know it's an illusion. The trick is to pull it off without being so obvious. This is an area where VH seriously needs to improve.

Agree! Prefer the side view and I really hate the black box in the bathroom. Have to be more creative ways to block the toilet. Also, I don't see a vanity anywhere. Watching Violet getting dolled up is one of the funnest things to see. Worried that aspect has vansihed.

But your typical viewer isn't going to bother with that. Who cares when you have access to all of the cams. Oh, I know who cares, the tenants do. This was the one of the reasons Mira/Henry made their living room a pay. For the record, the main reason was to make things a bit more quaint for the guests who were a bit uncomfortable having sex on an open cam. And another thing, it's utterly stupid for a tenant to have an area where there is only a free cam. It make it so that there is a place in the apt where no matter what they do they will never get paid. Case in point, Darcie's kitchen cam. There are many other examples. The free cam should always be placed in an area with pay cams and the tenant should always position themselves so that the best view is never from the free cam view. I really hope you guys can understand this very simple concept. I tried like madness to explain this to VH, but they never understood what I was saying. Oh, here, I did again here. Not likely to happen. That would be cost prohibitive. Imagine paying someone to dictate all of that. Plus, the cams are not very good about picking up sound and it's hard to hear what they are saying even if you understand the language.

Yes, as well as archives. But, if most people are like me they only skim the best parts. No tenant is sending their future kid to college with the timeline or archive viewer money.
