This was one of the initial responses that I received from support before they actually reviewed the footage of her hiding in the shower.
You should be made aware that this is a standard response that support gives to people who contact support to register a complaint. I'm here to tell you that when a person receives this generic response, it says to them exactly what I said. That is, it basically says shut up, the tenants can do whatever they want to, and if you have a problem with it, you can have your access curtailed. Now, you may not think that's what it says, but trust me, to the person receiving it, that's exactly what it implies.
I'm happy that I was eventually able to get through to them to their understanding of the problem I and others have with "Ashley".
