    this is all the politic of VH need to be review on many points and specially for their tenants win more money, it's not because you live in poor country you have to be exploited like that and not paid good by some bad managers (alex for example !) you can be sure he save many money in his pocket.

    if VH close half of their apartments for save some money they can invest for open apartments in better country and pay them good, it will be more easy for find couples in theses countries but VH have choose another direction, I repeat again but the quality is more important than the quantity.
