it's the rlc support who told me this in 2013 or 2014 they work only for the technical side of the site, i remember during a long period the only answer you got from the rlc support (when it was not about technical problem) it was a automatic answer "thanks for the feedback" but now it's better we have no answer it's more simple for them, after i think if there is something urgent they transmit the problems to the management team of rlc but that's all for them it's my point of view.
