    yep I have complained about tech issues or even tenants covering up cams and they gave me additional 15 days. I don't have problem with RLC in that aspect. Content is on the tenants and I simply don't reup when disappointed.

    You know Thes, that's a good point about the girls letting their friends hang out in the apt. I didn't see that. Sometimes I'm like go home! But yea its probably a good escape especially if they still live at home with the parents or no where near the laid out pad K&K has. Its the same with all the apts that have frequent guests who stay a lot.

    I think Kam as been absent a lot we get frustrated or move on to Barcelona apt. But when Kam comes back we forgive her. At least I do. Id rather watch Kam than the Barcelona apt. Its too unstable and volatile including the threads. I watch for Rita only.
