    I don't think she is a new tenant. Absolutely no luggage that I can see. No toiletries in the bathroom. No indication she brought food with her. Sav's room was cleaned and new linens and towels. SOMEONE ELSE ARRIVING NOW.

    I am unaware of a previous Barcelona GoV apartment being emptied of all its tenants, and RLC subsequently pretending that a tenant is still residing in the apartment. Already a week has passed for this charade. Perhaps this will stretch until the end of September, when Sav will have to vacate Ada's apartment, My recollection for what happens when a Barcelona apartment is emptied, or taken off-line, is that the apartment is placed U/M. B-6 was placed U/M several times, though the last time, it was soon removed from the list of GoV apartments.. In retrospect, a possible clue that something was not going according to plan was Olga emptying the refrigerator of perishable items when she was cleaning the apartment last week. When I saw her doing that I thought they are closing B-1. After Olga left containers of condiments and spices on the kitchen shelves, I realized they were not closing B-1.

    Sav continues to be shown as a participant, I now think RLC sees her as on vacation in Barcelona. And as she is spending much of her time in B-7, and not in Ada's apartment, I mow suspect she may again be on the RLC payroll. As Noldus indicated, RLC's plans for the next tenants for B-1 have changed. I think this could also mean their arrival dates. And given the history of neighbor complaints about the noise from this apartment, Buki and Sav would be welcomed astenants.

    Regarding Cyprus: An AI generated response: The Russian apartments closed in June 2019. This was after the "Sovereign Internet Law: was passed that required Internet sites to use servers that were located in Russia, and which the government could control. In August 2020, Al Jazeera published its Cyprus expose . Given the timing, it is unlikely that RLC was implicated as one of the offending parties.     (1) It is financially advantageous to RLC to move money out of Russia. The exchange rate is about 100 rubles for 1 Euro. The inflation rate in Russia in 2022 was nearly 14 percent, this year it is running a bit below 10 percent. The ruble is depreciating in value because of high levels of inflation. (Same for U.S. dollar currently under Trump.) You know where the villas are. If the villas are not owned by RLC, the owner is likely to be tempted to sell a villa at these prices. IMO, the owner has two choices, increase the rent to exorbitant levels, or sell and reinvest the gain in other financial instruments / properties. If RLC doesn't own properties in Barcelona, it very much missed the boat. Barcelona property prices were significantly depressed in 2013. Recovery began slowly, and by 2015, the average price for Barcelona was 3,265 euros per square meter. Subsequently, By 2024, the average price in Barcelona was €3,937 per square meter, a 5.7% annual increase, according to a May 2025 report. Recent record prices: In August 2025, the average asking price reached a new peak of €5,070 per square meter. This is a 23.12% increase compared to August 2024 (€4,118/m²).

    My belief is that RLC took advantage of the 'golden visa' rule and bought properties in Spain to obtain 'golden' visas, and avoid Schengen restrictions. Spain ended the 'golden visa' on April 3, 2025, although applications for a 'golden visa' that were being processed on April 3 will be processed, and potentially allow for 'golden visas' to be awarded after April 3..

    I think it unlikely that all three contracts had the same end-of-contract date. The three girls arrived weeks and months apart. I doubt RLC would have the foresight to end their contracts on the same future date. Which would leave two contract choices: (1) subsequently amending all three contracts to end at the same time (which the girls would be aware of well in advance, and could make plans accordingly), or (2) convert a contract to an at-will type of contract, which has no end date, and the term of employment is decided by RLC. Under an at-will contract, RLC could give a tenant little notice about when the contract ended and the tenant had to leave. A contract could be terminated early for cause; e.g., bad or criminal behavior. If a contract is for a fixed period of time, and RLC simply wants a tenant to leave before the end of the contract date, RLC generally would be obligated to continue paying the participant until the contract end-date, even if the participant was no longer on-cam.

    I do not recall saying there was a "mystery apartment". Several times, I have referred to a villa that is not on-cam but which possibly has some association. with RLC. Maghdela described this villa to another tenant in B-2. Maghdela said the villa was where the 'beautiful' girls lived. I do not know whether any RLC tenants have also lived at this villa, although Tani comes to mind as someone who may have. Also, this villa may be associated with the booking agency that Nadia spoke about. Nadia said that she and Aziza worked for this agency. I took it that the agency booked 'companions', models, and escorts. The agency may also occasionally be a source of talent to RLC. When Sav left, she took the pillowcases and sheets that were on the bed with her. I understand from a recent CC post that tenants are allowed to do that. ----------------- I checked Google streetview of B-6 from July and August of 2024. Every indication that B-6 was unoccupied at that time.

    Sav's room is still not cleaned, so highly unlikely anyone is coming today In retrospect, what is happening in B-1 may be similar to what happened ib B-7. Tim and Mini left on the same day, and the master bedroom was left empty. After some time, Annette arrived to occupy the master bedroom. But it was quickly obvious that she was not a good fit, and after several weeks, she was moved to B-2 following Elvira's departure. IMO, and retrospectively, Annette was never slotted for B-7, but she was sent there simply to fill the empty bed. So now my guess is that the plan was for Aya to fill the master bedroom, but she had visa or travel issues and her arrival in Spain was delayed, What is strange this time is that all three bedrooms are empty. Are all three future participants delayed? And why are the two bedrooms in B-4 still not filled after the two tenants returned to Ukraine last week? Why weren't Nani and Ney moved to these bedrooms? Next surprise that RLC may reveal is that Buki and Sav are moving to B-1! Chilli is returning, but to B-4 to run kink and fetish shows with Wolf. And Karina and Shantal will also re-appear!

    They made no attempt today to clean Sav's room. Supposedly, Veronica said last week that new participants were arriving today. but 'Nada'. I would think that if the new tenants are arriving in B-1 tomorrow, that Sav's room would be cleaned today. If the new tenants are coming from Ukraine, there were flight disruptions last week in Poland because of the Russian drone incursions. And that could have caused travel delays. But not making up Sav's bed today???? Maybe Olga has quit.

    IMO, Buki and Sav's relationship was one of convenience, particularly for Buki At his birthday party yesterday, other than Octavia and a girlfriend of Octavia, how many outside guests were there who were friends of Buki from Barcelona? I think the answer is, "none'. (Octavia supposedly suggested to Buki that he become a RLC participant.) I believe Fior brought the girl in the white dress. A mystery couple turned out to be friends of Wolf. Buki's first two days at B-7 were filled with so many new girl visitors that I was sure he was a pimp. Buki is a strange dude. He supposedly told someone that he has had "many jobs". But if you decide to cover your neck with ink, you are limiting future employment opportunities. And combining ink with mascara,....

    As far as I know, the only time someone who likely was an RLC manager has visited the villas was one afternoon when an attractive couple arrived at B-7. They were driven there by Fior. They sat at the table on the terrace that can be seen in 3-6. IIRC, the comments on CC at the time were about whether they might be a new couple for B-5. Bogdan and Nelly were nowhere to be seen, even though they were living in the B-7 version of the penthouse. Fior was nervous. If the man asked for something, Fior replied, "Da! Da! Da! Da! Da!!, when I simple Da, Da would have been sufficient. Wolf had not been in B-7 for very long, and I do not believe Margo was yet a participant. Wolf sat at the table with them, and placed his arm on the back of the chair where the guy was sitting. The guy helped prepare a late lunch. Several girls came over from B-4 and introduced themselves, as if they had met him before. The guy also walked to the end of the terrace, off-cam, and stood there for a few minutes, as if he was surveying the real backyard of B-7. When they left, the couple went up the stairs with Fior. As Fior was driving them, the assumption was they did not live in Barcelona and did not have an automobile.

    No longer U/M No new tenants. Savarina's room was not cleaned. Someone did come and close the window in her room, although the storm is over. It was an orange warning storm.

    I was thinking a cleaner not named Olga or Svetlana. RLC will go U/M for pool boys and individuals making repairs or fooling around with the cameras.

    Sav's bedroom had not been cleaned. Could be U/M for a new cleaning lady. Sav also left the bedroom window open. Severe thunderstorm struck Barcelona with up to 50 mm of rain. Maybe the bedroom got flooded!. Perhaps Bogdan is there. Or it could be new tenants.

    I am rather surprised that Ney and Nani are not moving into the empty bedrooms. With respect to Wolf's and Ney's current trip, maybe Wolf has an arrangement with RLC that he and Ney have outside employment that necessitates their going on trips from time to time. And thus Ney and Nani are given an inferior bedroom. And why was Brianna not moved to be near Madison? Perhaps Madison is leaving soon Otherwise, she will be more isolated than she is now, IMO.

    And Zoe could not move her stuff to the master bedroom because Annette and her fuckboy used the bed for sex, and fuckboy then slept over in that bed until mid-morning. Annette may not have changed the sheets..

    If this is a small automobile transporting she and her stuff, she may need two more trips. I count three suitcases, two soft-sided bags, and one shopping bag. May be another shopping bag under the hall camera.
