As B-4 is next to B-7, if electric power was lost in the neighborhood, B-7 would be U/M as well. The electric power lines run below ground, not overhead. There looks to be an electric usage meter and a master power switch built into the property wall along the sidewalk. Given the hour that electric power was lost, and there was no notice to the tenants in B-4 that the power was being cut, a possibility is that a vehicle struck the wall where the electric meter is, which could have resulted in the loss of electric power. There also appears to be a room on the same level as the kitchen, but off-cam, which may be a room where they can access all utility pipes and lines coming into the villa For example, unless the sewer line for the villas runs downhill to the street below the villas, they would need an electric-powered pump to lift sewage up to the street. Sewage does not flow uphill. It is also possible a master circuit panel in this room also failed.

Rowena and Drag's apartment appear to be in a different building that is nearby. There seem to be small and subtle differences in bathroom tile, hardware for the cabinets. cornice at the top of the balcony. Perhaps built by the same real estate developer.

If RLC still had the apartment, I think the cams would still be there. The 'coming attractions' nature of this announcement suggests that RLC needs time to install the cams, network connection, and wiring. I would not rule out a larger apartment with with additional tenants from Russia / Ukraine, or even a villa. Remember that Plan A for the new tenants in B-1 did not happen, and RLC went to Plan B.

My theory, which I have posted before, is that they were using Molly the first time. The first time, the sex was both prolonged and very intense. I would even characterize it as insatiable.
