  1. She is not the girl who cleaned the room, and who then bought toiletries and then placed them in the wardrobe closet a week ago. She was just a house-sitter after all.

IMO, the on-vacation Barcelona apartments and villas are intended to mimic reality TV series like Big Brother, Real world, Survivor, etc. The viewers' interest is intended to be driven by interactions / drama between the residents, and possibly their guests. For those who want to watch the domestic relationships of a couple, this is covered by the Eastern European apartments. An exception to this seems to be unfolding in the Montenegro apartments where, tonight, four girls and two guys are playing cards around a table while Sasha sleeps. Madison and her bf are behaving like Leora & Paul, Linda and Tibor, etc. etc etc. Domestic couples living domesticated lives. Little or no drama. These apartments could be movie sets anywhere. If Madison and her bf were on Big Brother, they'd be voted out in an instant because they are, from a television standpoint, BORING! It is as if Madison and her bf have taken up residence in a corner turret of a castle, while all the lords and ladies party away in the castle keep.
  3. I understand that this apartment is in a commercial area. It may be that one or more businesses complained about the appearance and behavior of the tenants and their frequent guests.
  4. Sav can stay in Ada's apartment until the end of September. I believe she is looking for her own place in Barcelona. Buki supposedly has had a vasectomy, so no kids fathered by him. Buki likes Latinas because they can advise him on crypto trades in his preferred languages.
  5. My understanding of an unofficial rule is that if the occupant of the penthouse is away, the spa bath is available for use by other tenants. If the penthouse occupant is not away, other participants can and do use the spa bath with her permission. What is most unusual about Madison's time in the penthouse is how it seems to be off-limits when she is present. Rarely do other participants visit the penthouse, or engage in activities there. The penthouse is not used for socializing. Sara apparently has enough power in the RLC hierarchy that she slept in Madison's bed with Madison for several nights. But that was an exception. IIRC, Lia and Mia also reserved the penthouse pretty much for themselves. IMO, Madison has over-stayed her time in B-4 and in the penthouse. She and her bf can move to an X-Life apartment if they want. But otherwise, they have become two depressing figures inhabiting the villa.
  6. Desperate times require desperate measures. The only people who arrive at a future residence with only the clothes on their backs are those just released from prison. The girl yesterday seemed to be a cleaner, for she cleaned Sav's room. She was quite fastidious. But it was like Bogdan offered her a RLC contract on the spot, and she accepted.
  7. Recently, there seems to be more content-oriented interaction between the tenants of these apartments: massages, naked massages, Drag masturbating in Angie's apartment. Are I wonder if this conversation among the four women are just a casual gathering, or setting the stage for more sexual interactions among the Montenegro tenants in the future? What is rather surprising is they are meeting in S&D's apartment, and not in one of the other apartments. I think Dasha considers this apartment to be her territory.
  8. Do you know, or assume, that the girl yesterday is from Barcelona and a Spanish national? I will say that the girl yesterday did not want anyone else using her toothpaste! Noldus said the original plan for replacement tenants -- after Chilli, Sav, Karina left rather quickly -- did not work out. So this must be plan B. I have a feeling that RLC does not have a waiting list of girls eager to join the project in Barcelona. And so 'real life' will be placing three strangers together in the same apartment and see what happens.
  9. She arrived from the airport. Checked baggage tag on the large suitcase. There is also a smaller suitcase. As she has unpacked nothing yet, I assume it went U/M for such a long time for Bogdan or someone to go over the paperwork and the 'rules'. The girl yesterday left her toothbrush in the bathroom but put her toothpaste on a wardrobe shelf. In retrospect, she must have been told someone else would be coming.

  18. I am unaware of a previous Barcelona GoV apartment being emptied of all its tenants, and RLC subsequently pretending that a tenant is still residing in the apartment. Already a week has passed for this charade. Perhaps this will stretch until the end of September, when Sav will have to vacate Ada's apartment, My recollection for what happens when a Barcelona apartment is emptied, or taken off-line, is that the apartment is placed U/M. B-6 was placed U/M several times, though the last time, it was soon removed from the list of GoV apartments.. In retrospect, a possible clue that something was not going according to plan was Olga emptying the refrigerator of perishable items when she was cleaning the apartment last week. When I saw her doing that I thought they are closing B-1. After Olga left containers of condiments and spices on the kitchen shelves, I realized they were not closing B-1.
  19. Sav continues to be shown as a participant, I now think RLC sees her as on vacation in Barcelona. And as she is spending much of her time in B-7, and not in Ada's apartment, I mow suspect she may again be on the RLC payroll. As Noldus indicated, RLC's plans for the next tenants for B-1 have changed. I think this could also mean their arrival dates. And given the history of neighbor complaints about the noise from this apartment, Buki and Sav would be welcomed astenants.

  21. (1) It is financially advantageous to RLC to move money out of Russia. The exchange rate is about 100 rubles for 1 Euro. The inflation rate in Russia in 2022 was nearly 14 percent, this year it is running a bit below 10 percent. The ruble is depreciating in value because of high levels of inflation. (Same for U.S. dollar currently under Trump.) You know where the villas are. If the villas are not owned by RLC, the owner is likely to be tempted to sell a villa at these prices. IMO, the owner has two choices, increase the rent to exorbitant levels, or sell and reinvest the gain in other financial instruments / properties. If RLC doesn't own properties in Barcelona, it very much missed the boat. Barcelona property prices were significantly depressed in 2013. Recovery began slowly, and by 2015, the average price for Barcelona was 3,265 euros per square meter. Subsequently, By 2024, the average price in Barcelona was €3,937 per square meter, a 5.7% annual increase, according to a May 2025 report. Recent record prices: In August 2025, the average asking price reached a new peak of €5,070 per square meter. This is a 23.12% increase compared to August 2024 (€4,118/m²).
  22. My belief is that RLC took advantage of the 'golden visa' rule and bought properties in Spain to obtain 'golden' visas, and avoid Schengen restrictions. Spain ended the 'golden visa' on April 3, 2025, although applications for a 'golden visa' that were being processed on April 3 will be processed, and potentially allow for 'golden visas' to be awarded after April 3..
  23. I think it unlikely that all three contracts had the same end-of-contract date. The three girls arrived weeks and months apart. I doubt RLC would have the foresight to end their contracts on the same future date. Which would leave two contract choices: (1) subsequently amending all three contracts to end at the same time (which the girls would be aware of well in advance, and could make plans accordingly), or (2) convert a contract to an at-will type of contract, which has no end date, and the term of employment is decided by RLC. Under an at-will contract, RLC could give a tenant little notice about when the contract ended and the tenant had to leave. A contract could be terminated early for cause; e.g., bad or criminal behavior. If a contract is for a fixed period of time, and RLC simply wants a tenant to leave before the end of the contract date, RLC generally would be obligated to continue paying the participant until the contract end-date, even if the participant was no longer on-cam.
  24. I do not recall saying there was a "mystery apartment". Several times, I have referred to a villa that is not on-cam but which possibly has some association. with RLC. Maghdela described this villa to another tenant in B-2. Maghdela said the villa was where the 'beautiful' girls lived. I do not know whether any RLC tenants have also lived at this villa, although Tani comes to mind as someone who may have. Also, this villa may be associated with the booking agency that Nadia spoke about. Nadia said that she and Aziza worked for this agency. I took it that the agency booked 'companions', models, and escorts. The agency may also occasionally be a source of talent to RLC. When Sav left, she took the pillowcases and sheets that were on the bed with her. I understand from a recent CC post that tenants are allowed to do that. ----------------- I checked Google streetview of B-6 from July and August of 2024. Every indication that B-6 was unoccupied at that time.
  25. Sav's room is still not cleaned, so highly unlikely anyone is coming today In retrospect, what is happening in B-1 may be similar to what happened ib B-7. Tim and Mini left on the same day, and the master bedroom was left empty. After some time, Annette arrived to occupy the master bedroom. But it was quickly obvious that she was not a good fit, and after several weeks, she was moved to B-2 following Elvira's departure. IMO, and retrospectively, Annette was never slotted for B-7, but she was sent there simply to fill the empty bed. So now my guess is that the plan was for Aya to fill the master bedroom, but she had visa or travel issues and her arrival in Spain was delayed, What is strange this time is that all three bedrooms are empty. Are all three future participants delayed? And why are the two bedrooms in B-4 still not filled after the two tenants returned to Ukraine last week? Why weren't Nani and Ney moved to these bedrooms? Next surprise that RLC may reveal is that Buki and Sav are moving to B-1! Chilli is returning, but to B-4 to run kink and fetish shows with Wolf. And Karina and Shantal will also re-appear!
