Fior is sitting at the head of the table, Nana is sitting at the head of the table opposite. Bogdan pushed to the side. In many business parties I have been to, the janitor does not sit at the end of the table, and make the toast, while the manager sits quietly in the middle.

Only one of the twins. This seems more a party for Nana than for Tesla. Fior made the birthday toast, not Bogdan, which may indicate Fior is higher in the organization.

A Radi mystery. At about 14:45, Radi and Tesla are nude by the pool. Someone from the kitchen, or from that part of the office that is above the kitchen, calls out to Radi. She waves back. Apparently, she is to meet this person. She is undecided whether to put her swimsuit back on or wear a large towel. She decides on the towel. She enters the villa through the living room off the terrace. I thought she was headed for the kitchen, but only the twins were there. She disappears. She is gone 5-7 minutes, and returns to the pool, and is nude again. Was it Bogdan calling out to her? Fior? The chief of RLC in Barcelona?

Radi is very careful how she presents herself. Very stylish. She would fit in very well in St. Tropez or Marbella or Ibiza. When she arrived in B-1 and was unpacking, I thought to myself, this girl worked in a high-end shop in Barcelona, and could get nice clothes at a discount. She would do well as a swimsuit or lingerie model, and maybe she has. She speaks fairly good English, and I've read her Spanish is good as well. So I doubt she arrived at B-1 after a flight from the Ukraine.

These are Masha's friends, or supposed friends. This train wreck of a party was most likely promoted by her, texting her friends that I need to have the apartment be in the top cams. Girls arrive, and in minutes they're having sex. RLC knows its subscribers tastes very well, and 99.998 percent of them are not interested in watching a morbidly obese woman (that's a medical description for grossly overweight) bate, or do anything sexual. Maybe if Big Mama was a dominatrix, and led skinny white boys around the apartment with a collar and chain, that might be momentarily amusing.

Nelly and Martina's arrived at Martina's. Alberto is there. No indication that Martina will discipline Nelly for her behavior with the boys. Missing from the apartments are Radi, Tesla, Nana, Stella, and Fior. Another Fior excursion? Or four participants giving the boys what they missed on Saturday?

This U.S. law would apply to Spain, or Russia, or Mongolia, if a Spanish website's content, e.g., webcams streaming live images of Bruno and Gina having sex in the sauna, is distributed to the United States. If RLC erected fences around which countries could receive this content, and placed the United States outside the fence, then the United States law would not apply. The United States has no jurisdiction. However, if viewers in the United states could not see or subscribe to RLC, I expect the financial penalty to RLC would be substantial, and certain posters in this forum would be miserable. My post on consent was a reply to a claim that every guest visiting a RLC apartment had to sign a consent form. A very reliable source is supposedly behind this claim. I very much doubt that this claim is true. However, it would be good legal and business practice for RLC to keep a record of the name and age of every guest, if that guest has sex in a RLC apartment, and it was recorded. RLC can use that record to defend itself against a claim by someone who reports to the authorities that a 16 year old girl had sex at an RLC apartment, and it was broadcast over the web. If a post stating that an apartment immediately goes U/M if there appears to be an underage guest in the apartment is true, then RLC is very much aware of the trouble it would be in for streaming sexual acts by youth under the age of 18.

Harley, guests are screened for sexually transmitted diseases?! Reliable source, told you this? Such screening, to my knowledge, only occurs in the porn industry, and that's due to the 'performers' insisting on it. Might be more in RLC 's interest to do drug testing, to minimize the risk of a participant overdosing on camera, or test the purity and safety of the drugs being taken, --to ensure someone didn't slip in some fentanyl.

I think you are confusing requirements of 18 USC 2227 regarding consent. For those not living in the United States, this legal citation is a Federal law Title 18 United States Code Section 2227 which requires the following. "federal law imposes name- and age-verification, recordkeeping, and labeling requirements on producers of visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct (See 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A). This means that producers of pornography, or depictions of any sexual activity using actual people, are required to verify that the performers are of legal age (18–years–old or older) by maintaining records of the performers’ names and ages. They also are required to disclose the location of these records. Under the law, all records are subject to inspection." The law governs streaming web content produced in other countries provided the content can be viewed in the United states, so it has universal application.. Guests who enter the villa are not required to sign a consent form, and the boys who arrived at the villa for the weekend party did not have time to sign any consent form before coming down the stairs from the office, and I doubt very much that anyone can find a video record of their reading and signing a consent form. Someone has posted that an apartment will quickly go Under Maintenance if it appears that a person under 18 is present. With respect to 19 year old guests having sex in the villa, as long as they are aware of the cameras and told that the cameras are recording and distributing images publicly, then they have given their implied consent to being broadcast. However, if the cameras were secretly broadcasting their sexual activity, and they had no knowledge of the cameras, then they did not give their consent to this brfoadcast, and they have a right to pursue legal action against the owner of the webcams.

JenniferMom, not an attempt at counterpoint. In a polyamorous relationship, you only 'cheat' when there isn't consent. Nelly's actions yesterday indicated to me rather clearly that Bogdan was okay with her behavior. (And who knows who Bogdan may be fucking on the side, with Nelly's consent?) I refuse to believe that the content on RLC is unavailable to Bogdan to check anytime he wants, and Nelly wasn't trying to hide her behavior. Indeed, she was flaunting it, particularly going to the fitness room. An interesting dynamic is whether Lia has consented with her sister having some types of sex with the German boyfriend, or whether she has consented to them fucking as well.

Exactly. If Tesla invited them, a common courtesy would be to explain to them who was living at the villa and the relationships. She would also explain the ubiquitous cameras, and, if they didn't already know, what the cameras were used for. Noticeably, unlike the recent guests of Gina at B1 the boys seemed to ignore the cameras. No curiosity.

Jennifermom, the three relationships of Bogdan + Nelly; Nelly + Martina, Martina + Alberto meets the definition of polyamory. All three relationships are consensual, and consented to by all four parties. Both twins having sex with the German boyfriend of Lia is also polyamory. While I believe polyamory is more commonly applied to ongoing relationships, there is no reason why it couldn't apply to one-night stands, e.g., Nelly and a boy last night had consensual sex, and IF Bogdan 'consented to her doing to that. Similarly, if Martina had sex with a girlfriend, and Alberto consented to her doing that. Bogdan fucking Martina with both Alberto's and Nelly's consent and similarly for Alberto fucking Nelly would expand the number of polyamorous relationships of these four people to five: adding Bogdan + Martina, and Alberto + Nelly. __________ In my opinion, the best example of polyamory on RLC was Dick and Jane! .

Yesterday at 15:10, the boys arrive. As captured on 2.9, they ring the bell for the gate by the front door, Nelly answers, calls for Tesla, opens the front door to look for them, but they are nowhere to be seen. They have entered the villa through the office. Bogdan walks them down the stairs from the office, and stands by the bottom of the stairs in the hall.. The first boy he greets with a strong handshake and a pat on the back, as if he knows this boy. Tesla has appeared by now, and several give her a rather formal cheek kiss, as if they have never met her before.. While waiting for the elevator, the door to the twins suite is open, and Lia is introduced to them. They have brought backpacks and bags of food and drink. They go to the backyard through the fitness room. Tesla walks to the backyard gate, and off-camera, and returns with more bags. Later, several of the boys wander through the villa unescorted, posing for photographs. One of the poses is in front of the big window in the living room, which cannot be seen on cam, but it faces east. The view may be spectacular. The boy taking the photograph gestures with his hand as if he is explaining the other parts of the villa to the boy posing.. So based on this, Tesla invited them, and Nelly and Bogdan knew they were coming. She may not have met all of them previously. The familiarity with Bogdan suggests at least one of them is known to Bogdan, which would make him someone who probably works for RLC. A possibility, other than a network engineer, is that Tesla met him and maybe another boy at wherever Fior had brought she, Radi, Vivien, and Nana on these all-day and into-the-night excursions away from the Barcelona apartments.

I remain suspicious that N&B, Alex and Lucien, and Kim had parties when N&B had their own apartment. When N&B would visit B5, there were several times in the hall, when Nelly couldn't keep her hands off Kim's ass when N&B were arriving or leaving, and Bogdan standing right there.
