I very much suspect there is water damage to the bathroom floor. The bottom of the bathroom door is rotted. The bath drain makes a very weird sound when the bath is being emptied. No one knows the condition of the WC on the bottom floor. Perhaps they will install a proper shower head. If there is a security 'issue', they may install a new, stronger entrance door, and perhaps security cams. (Gina's door looks positively medieval and nearly impregnable. Speaks well for the neighborhood.) And I believe this apartment is the top floor of the building, so perhaps the roof needs repair. -------------------- Unless the remainder of her stuff was retrieved today, and is stored in the office, she still has the equivalent of 4-5 bags of her stuff in the living room of B-1. Didn't seem to be clothes.

If it is true she was moved for security reasons, that would be upsetting. ________________________________ The day she first arrived in BI and was unpacking, I looked at the quality of her clothes and decided she had either worked in a high-end women's clothing store in Barcelona, and received discounts, or she was a model. She was not struggling financially. (The other occupation I considered was crew on an oligarch's mega yacht. For those who suggested she move to B2, two of the bedrooms there are as small or smaller than her bedroom in B1, and there is also Lola to contend with. An advantage of Vivien's room is there is a small balcony from which you can smoke. Which is what she often did in her room in B1. ______________________________ As for Asperger's, I expect that she is one of the featured 'attractions' at the beach(s) she frequents. She is the most conscious of her appearance of any girl I have seen on RLC, and that includes her bathing suits which produce minimal tan lines. I do think she is careful and reserved in her friendships, perhaps because she is older and may come from a different economic strata. I sense she has nothing in common with Gina.

This is true. Savants are typically autistic. And they can possess exceptional, if narrow, language skills.

One of the most common traits of autism is a language disorder, either not speaking, or a delayed ability to speak. Radi is totally fluent in Russian (or Ukrainian Russian), very fluent In Spanish according to posters who have heard her speak Spanish, and fluent in English I can almost categorically say that someone with autism is not fluent in three languages; they have difficulty enough being fluent in one.

No Barcelona participant in RLC has acquired more clothes and home decor items than Radi, and it is obvious that when she left, it would not be for the airport. No other participant brings their own linens to the project!

I dont know that Radi is a Spanish citizen, she certainly is a legal resident, and is legally allowed to work in Spain and I believe other Schengen counties as well. Many of the titles in her small library of books are Cyrillic, which would suggest some years of schooling in the Ukraine

The Golden Visa summarized. The main requirement of Spain’s Golden Visa is to invest a minimum of €500,000 (about $585,000, at current exchange rates) in Spanish real estate. RLC certainly owns the villa, and Bruno & Gina;s apt. RLC very likely own B5, given the bathrooms (which are not original). RLC likely owns B1 and B2 B3, maybe not, given its poor and cheap design. Martina and Alberto's, maybe not. Remember, owning these apartments gives RLC 'golden visas' within the Schengen Zone; for some, that's worth more than the apartments. They need to make repairs to B1, the bathroom door is rotting. The bath drain doesn't work properly.

This is a strange relationship between Radislava and this guy. Looking at replay, when she went out to meet him, she was more particular than is usual for her about her appearance. If she wants him simply as a casual friend, no need to dress to impress. I am guessing they met at the beach. He has a very athletic physique with muscular thighs. His bathing suit may advertise the size of his penis. I think she is intrigued. I understand that she speaks good Spanish, so this guy must not be fluent in Spanish, unless she is speaking English as a click-bait strategy.

I'm assuming she is about five months. But I am not her obstetrician. And I am also assuming she arrived direct from the Ukraine. She needs to return to the Ukraine soon, and see an obstetrician who will manage her care. I assume she has has no health insurance coverage while in the Schengen zone. If the father lives in Barcelona, that is a different matter. I know that obstetricians in the U.S. are very unhappy with anyone who just shows up in the maternity ward ready to deliver a baby, and the mother has not seen a doctor prior to this point. There are no records on the health of the baby in utero or the mother. And there is hell and damnation to pay if a baby or mother dies in childbirth in a hospital in the U.S.

But Elian did get naked in the bath with two naked guys two nights before she actually left, and Nana interrupted by sitting on the side of the bathtub, and staying clothed. So I don't think Elian gave up the idea of RLC shows because of Tesla and the Brazilian. Their report that they traveled for three days by bus to reach Barcelona seems to be a journey to avoid border checks at the Schengen zone. A train from Kyiv to Barcelona is faster and cheaper! They brought few clothes, and bought few new clothes while in Barcelona, so will be using their pay back in the Ukraine, where it will go a long way. But IIRC, Elian had a Mac notebook.

I read repeatedly that Elian and Tesla arrived for short-term stays, and if that is true, one can't say that RLC pushed them out. And I noted that when the police came to the door on the night of the four boys party, the first thing that Tesla did was run to her bedroom and pretend to be sleeping. Perhaps she had worries about her status. Vivien was pregnant when she arrived, so who knows what kind of participant she might have been otherwise. The recruiting of new participants from the Ukraine is greatly affected by Ukraine having the lowest vaccination rate in Europe, In Spain, 75% of the total population has received at least one shot. In the Ukraine, 11 percent. I expect that makes it difficult for Ukrainians to get out of the Ukraine. (The U.S. is 60 percent of the TOTAL population.) The language requirements are also a factor.
