There is one unit at one corner that appears to have a rooftop terrace, in the shape of a square. There is another unit that appears to have a rectangular terrace or very large balcony.. Unfortunately, Google streetview is dated at 2016, and, in 2016, the apartment building is an empty field. So a 3-D perspective cannot be gained. A small unit in this apartment complex is for sale at 3,100 euros per square meter. A new construction, small apartment in Barcelona is for sale at 8,000 euros per square meter. My best guess is that the RLC units in this apartment building were bought new by RLC, so Sasha and Dasha for example, were the original tenants. I have almost no doubt that RLC, or a business associated with RLC, purchased these units. The Jojo apartment is slightly different in exterior design. It is possible that the separate, adjacent buildings that make up this complex were completed at different times, and the Jojo apartment is in the first building to be completed. I am certain Nancy's mom was impressed with this building compared to Russia. I would expect Nelly to be quite impressed with this apartment complex. It appears to be superior in value to any of the RLC apartment buildings / villas in Barcelona. There are so many units that it would surprise me if RLC or an entity associated with RLC did not own or more additional units that are not on cam. Also, from an RLC IT perspective, the location is such that there should be no bandwidth capacity limits for high-speed internet connections. From an RLC standpoint, participants should not be the type to host, wild, crazy, loud parties / gatherings.

There is the possibility of a rooftop terrace on top of Adeline and Markus' apartment. It can be seen on cam 12 along with a penthouse structure that may be an elevator overrun. Brit Guy says that he knows the building address so he could confirm whether there is a rooftop where tenants can congregate.

Yes, it is possible that Nelly is visiting Dasha, and only Dasha. I have not seen a post indicating she has stopped by Adeline's apartment, although Adeline and Markus and Nelly and Bogdan had separate apartments in Saint Petersburg concurrently before the Great Closure. And she has not been seen with Aziza on this visit, which is understandable, given that Nelly supposedly complained to Bogdan about Aziza being allowed back into the project. However AFAIK, Nelly has never visited Montenegro previously so this visit will be six years since both Dasha and Nelly lived in RLC apartments.in Saint Petersburg. As for Montenegro, I would think that RLC views its operation there to be successful, the apartments socialize, and there is little of the Sturm und Drang of Barcelona, or Rome.

A&M apartment has no guest room. The A&A apartment has no guest room. True, they have couches in the lR, but the Sasha-Dasha-Nancy apartment has three bathrooms. Also, there is a small hallway in the S-D-N apartment where the entrance door is, and you can go to both bedrooms without going through the kitchen / living room.

I have tried finding it, but I need to understand more about its orientation, based on sun angle for the four balconies that are on-cam. (A&M have two balconies. Aziza's balcony is very small.)

They went to another apartment in their building, or an adjacent building. If they simply wanted to go outside, they could have stepped out onto their big balcony. They often use that balcony for smoking. I do not know whether it is considered impolite, from a Russian perspective, to use the WC when visiting an apartment, if your apartment is nearby. I took the trips to their WC to be a sign that the apartment they were visiting had only one WC. and their apartment has three. As I noted in a post above in this thread, Dasha and Nancy recently took large platters of food they had prepared to a dinner party in an apartment in their building. Their apartment is more than twice the size of the other on-cam RLC apartments in Montenegro. I concluded that the reason they did not host the dinner party in their apartment was that the residents in this other apartment did not want to be seen on-cam.

RLC is well aware that Montenegro is scheduled to become a member of the EU in 2028. This will place Montenegro within the Schengen Zone, the same as Spain. Tourism is a big economic driver in Montenegro, and far and away the most popular tourist destination is Budva and the surrounding area. IMO, the EU very likely will take the above sentence into consideration when it comes to Montenegro awarding long-stay residency to Russians living and working in Montenegro in 2027. Nancy is back, and went , naked, to her own bed. Others are back as well. From their dress and footwear, the apartment they visited is in the same building or a building next door. High likelihood that occupants of this other apartment know Nelly from Russia, or Barcelona, and would be recognized if they appeared on cam. A few days ago, Dasha and Nancy, but mostly Dasha, prepared several large platters of food. They then delivered these platters to a nearby apartment for a dinner party. Perhaps this is the same apartment that they are visiting tonight.

Nelly will be sleeping in the LR. IMO, she is dressed rather provocatively; her blouse has no back. She did put on a jacket for this visit to the other apartment.

I referenced drones because I am betting that the Russian-Ukrainian war will soon be over. Ukrainian drones are now hitting Putin's home city of St. Petersburg. There are widespread fuel shortages within Russia, because Russia is unable to halt strikes on refineries and fuel depots. Before the war, Nelly supposedly wanted very much to return to Russia. If N&B were to move from Spain to Montenegro, that is much closer to Russia, and she would be living in a community (Budva) that is currently about 20 percent Russian. Also RLC will not return to Russia as long as Putin has his thumb on the Internet within Russia.

How many other tenants of the now-closed Russian apartments have found their way to Budva? Questions I have are (1) Is Nelly's trip a n indication that RLC intends to increase the number of apartments in Budva? (2) Is RLC anticipating an end of the Russian-Ukrainian war within the next 12 months, and an easing of travel restrictions? Re: the end of the war. Ukraine is now producing 4,000,000 drones a year. There are two airports within an hour of Budva. Looking at flight arrival times early today, given she arrived at the apartment at 10:45, flights originating from outside the Schengen zone were from Belgrade and Tel Aviv. A flight from Tel Aviv might explain why her small backpack was checked baggage. NO carry-on bags allowed for security reasons? Also, June 7 in Tel Aviv was the start of Gay Pride week. With only a backpack, this should not be a long vacation. One can only speculate as to why this is happening so soon after 'mon's' visit. Is Nancy visiting 'mom'? If she is, will Nancy be helping 'mom' with paperwork? Is there a possibility that 'mom' will return with Nancy? Maybe a bit of clarity when and if RLC posts that Nancy is on vacation, and her return date.

They have to make up for about two weeks of little or no bonus money while Dasha's friend visited and then they all went on vacation for several days.
