I am guessing probably through known contacts. agencies or through running advertisements which vaguely describe what they are required to do. The key is money, as long as the figure is right, most people would be willing to do things (without them becoming criminals) to earn this amount over a certain period of time. And RLC did quite well to prevent their content from being easily shared or illegally distributed online so the tenants have lesser fear of being 'reality stars' over time.

Well when I was working in Spain some years ago, I made a new friend at a nude beach when she spotted me with an erection but thankfully all was good. She has a great sense of humour and made me felt at ease. We even went for drinks right after we left the beach. This, i agree Mr Harley. I think most of us would too. The problem is RLC seems to be more comfortable with the repeats and with girls who have worked or are working in the 'industry'. Ideally, if they can bring in those college girls or girls who are unable to find jobs & are willing to take up this 'vacation' for a few months, it would be nice to see them put a couple in B4 and one each in B1 and B2 for a start. Yep, she really does not fit in into this project. From day one of her joining, it has been too business-like but with little to no acceptable content for viewers to be on her side. I agree with you, it does look like she is missing her friends and family but I suppose this is true for most of the girls on this project. It is how you handle it and overcome them, turning 'not so ideal' situations into manageable ones. She can start by being more kind to people around her and less condescending. It is okay to take shit once awhile while you try to make new friends. If B2 can be a success story of new friendships made and endless 'lets bate together on the bed' scenes 😉, why can't B1 be something similar?
