    You can download and upload files using MAB without having a MAB account. You have to agree to their terms and conditions and have to accept the use of your personal data according to their conditions, thats true. But as you don't have to provide any personal data unless you subscribe, I don't understand your concern. Independent whether you subscribe for a free or a paid account, (for a free account you only have to provide an e-mail address, which even can be faked, and choose a password), the risk is the same as for other cloud providers, like Dropbox, iCloud and others. However, if you want to benefit from pictures and videos uploaded by others, you have to use the tools they offer.

    If you want to record from a premium cam, you need an RLC account. For RLC it's easy to identify the account who recorded the video and to cancel the subscription. If your subscription is cancelled, it will not change when you change your IP, because your account (login) is not valid anymore. If you have no subscription and post a video, RLC might bann you and you won't be able to watch the free cams. I this case you can come around with changing the IP, to get again access to the free cams. But as Leora's apartment has solely premium cams, you won't be able to record something without RLC subscription.
