It is on their end they can not handle the server load,, they can not service their own membership base. Now that is plain disgusting in  this time and age of the internet.. Disgraceful and they wonder why VHTV is gaining market share every day.

It is their own fault for being complacent. VHTV never has this problem. Maybe they should ask VHTV support how they do it so well and RLC can't.
