Yes my guess is she is going to start feeling bad again soon and they are running out of stuff to sooth it.

Just checked the replay.

It wasn't the soap.  It was some kind of cream she put on after the shower.

It definitely didn't help when she started to complain and he proceeded to spread it all over her.
