Expand Maximum downloads of this transfer has been reached. Free users are now utilising just the rest of the free (unused) connectivity of paid users. Most likely the Allotted Bandwidth for the File has been exhausted. 1

Expand Could very well be, but I'm having the problem on two mab links from two different users and I've never had it happen before.

Expand I have it happen every now and then. It's not that common. There's also a possibility that Server Maintenance is taking place. You can always try the link again in a couple of hours. 3
