The merchant doesn't get charged one cent for a customer using a debit card. Also, there is no date on the pics to prove they are price posted on the same day.

Kalifornia taxes the shit out of everything to subsidize all the 'free' stuff they are giving to the non-citizens in the name of buying votes. Noo Yawk, is no different. Taxes are more than half the retail costs of any motor fuels, including propane that you use for your grille. 1
