When VHTV Forum was started all their Apartments were on 1 Page. As time progressed more Apartments were added and the VHTV Forum had to be expanded outwards where each Apartment has a Board of their own. Cam Caps and VHTV worked together on how to set the Boards which was decided to be set the Current way it is now.
