Yeah I thought there were 6 places at the table but it seems only 5. My guess is that My Belle is leaving today and she didn't what to miss out on a party for Blair although it seemed to come a surprise to the other girls. Maybe Blair has been down because she thought Belle had forgotten her birthday.
