As I've said before, whenever Bree is ready to start meeting new guys, she can. The issue is right now she just doesn't want to, or if she is she's not doing it on cam at the apartment. There is the chance that she might not even want to be involved in the project at all anymore.

The problem is probably very deep. I think Drew destroyed her during their shouting (I do not understand Russian.) Since then, Bree has completely closed, unable to react.
Drew brought her into this environment (Alex & Anna validated), she became one of the best, the money came back and an apartment for them. Bree may have made enemies.
So, one wonders if the presence of Matt and Tara (the 2 from nowhere) in February / March was not a destructive strategy against Bree.

Without VH's direct pressure on Alex, Bree is dead.
