I don't think that with the amount he was rubbing her that she could sleep through most of it plus this isn't the first time he has done this and I think she knows what kind of person he is. While it may seem easy, VH has to consider that there is money and a place to live involved and so a true victim might be compelled to cover for the attacker in order to keep their place or maybe compelled to avoid retaliation of the manager or sub-manager. That’s the problem, neither can VH, who could potentially be airing an illegal sexual assault. It sounds stupid, but VH has to be made aware in advance and the consent of the “victim” has to be confirmed. Nothing was staged there. Ben began groping her and she did not mind it. She even responded to his kiss before he left the bed. It was a spontaneous action both of them liked.
