I agree that Juliet has potential and I agree that they are both not interesting as of right now.

Pablo may not be the one organizing parties but he invites more of his friends than Juliet does. Granted that 90% of the time, and maybe even more, him and his friends are boring and only playing games, BUT at least he's in the house more frequently. Which is why I say he was the one organizing the parties. Maybe I'm right or maybe I'm wrong. I can't say for sure.

And think about this: the last time Juliet had sex in the house was 2 weeks ago. Bbefore that it was another two weeks. Pablo has almost had just as much sex in the past two weeks as Juliet has since her time on VH. The reason why I think we tend to downplay Pablo is because he comes off as a bit of a typical frat guy and he isn't good at sex. Meanwhile Juliet is drop dead sexy and had that crazy night with Ruby and Calvin. But really think about all the action from this place. Most of it comes from Pablo right now. Juliet fucked Zack a bunch of times in the beginning but that's no longer a thing, and since then she hasn't really been around. But the truth is, BOTH of them definitely need to focus a little more time being a little more interesting here.

A very good summary. Agree on all points. I think you are right I pretty much overestimated Juliet a little. Honestly I do not believe in succes of that place when it stays that way. Even when there are parties the place is way too small for some privacy for guests. That won't work like in the other place.

I understand that the neighbors from the other place had issues with their parties which is why they had to move, but honestly the switch was just god fucking awful. Monica and Dan are an absolute snorefest and they get the big place that will just go to waste with them there. Meanwhile J/P are the ones with all the friends, have no problem sneaking off to fuck in the bathroom, are fucking different people and they get the shitty small apartment that they can't do anything with. Their parties, as inconsistent as they were, were their biggest draw because nobody else on VH throws parties like them. Now that's basically taken away. Like you said, it won't work here.

I'm not sure how close Juliet/Pablo are. Ruby said they were friends but didn't say how close (maybe I'll ask her). But if I could be in control of the living arrangements, I'd move Pablo in with Zack and Blonde and give them the big place, move Ruby and Calvin in with Juliet and give them the old Misty/Lisa place, and move Monica and Dan into Ana's old place. Pablo could take advantage of all the different girls Zack and Blonde bring in, Ruby could maybe find some guys for Juliet, and Monica/Dan can be just as boring as they're going to be.

Wow. I can't disagree here at all. I fully agree Monica and Dan are much worse than Pablo & Juliet. And the move really was a bad decision. Zack did not think this to the end.

If I were to guess part of the reason Juliet doesn't have as much sex as what Pablo does is I noticed that Juliet doesn't want to be seen in any sort of nakedness by Pablo, I say this because when Juliet was in the tub with Ruby in the last place she hugged the tub side tightly when Pablo kept entering and also was quick to cover up when masterbating when Pablo entered the living room. I think given the right enviroment Juliet could flourish.

Agree with you.Juliet actualy have some potential(we seen that when she was with Ruby and Calvin in Ruby place)But any place that Zero/Pablo is Its basicaly condemned to games and more games and mole sex in dark.Juliet had nice sex with Zack,but manager will have to be smarter and understand that Zero could be an good friend..but it's an bad resident.

Best solution for manager would be weither close this two places(Pablo and Dan places)when rent reaches end or continue with the houses but with other residents,someone as good as himself or Ruby for exemple.

this apt has not been interesting at all since chloe left. she & lisa were entertaining. misty was a dud with kyle. monica & dan were a snoozathon. pablo & juliet haven't improved the place. timeline only, if that for a long time now.

Agree with you.. and i think that sex at bathroom with the other guy in the tub.. when ruby+pablo was also there only occurred because she was totally was wasted
