We'll be lucky if it lasts a day. The DMCA always trumps whatever the host site says is the expiration date. The DMCA is the law they all must abide by. RLC is like a ravenous dog with a bone when it comes to taking down their content from anywhere on the Internet. They are relentless when it comes to protecting their copyright. Do they miss a file here or there? Maybe, but it would be extremely rare. I think it would be a safe bet that virtually all of their content that's uploaded to the Internet gets taken down within a day or two. I've seen files get deleted in less than three hours. If you have any RLC files still on file.fm's servers after a day or two, I would be amazed.
