Since Scotland generates enough wind energy to power two Scotlands, he
wants to call it Second Scotland. It's a play on something from the movie,
but I don't recall what. The name of a place, I think.

I hate to break this to you, buddy, but I still don't think you've got it and
it may be that I didn't explain it very well. It's not a place called Two
Scotlands, it's two separate Scotlands and he wants to call the second
one, Second Scotland.

Another way of thinking about it is:

Scotland is now generating so much wind enrgy, it could power an
additional Scotland. Or, an additional country the size of Scotland.

Ok the way I read this is the guy on the left has that look on his face of "have you just said what I think you said"

I think the the guy on the right looks like he is as thick as two short planks and thinks that his pal has just said the wind could power another place called Two Scotland's 

He is a Dumbo,look at the two facial expressions.

I like the way you think. Your assessment is more creative, mine is more
literal. I think you'd be better at writing novels than I would.

In any event, I went to sciencealert and this was the first article to pop up
when I searched for "Scotland wind power".

That's a lot of hot air or is it blowing hard. Either way, it's a grand
accomplishment. Are there any turbines close to you?
