Appendicitis surgery for sure looks different. It must have something to do with the uterus down there. Usually to get a baby out.

Appendicitis it's not in the middle of the body and not that shape

that cams to me looked pretty old fashioned ones.. The ones we put in the exterior of the places

Yes quite bulky and the quality is not better than the other ones.
