I have a question why it always says after a certain time

(Video Content No Longer Available😃

Hopefully one of the mods will explain in greater detail but the mods get a request from the website owner where you recorded the video from and they have to take the video and/ or picture down. It is the law.

That means that the Video that was Uploaded to is no longer available for download on the Website Hosting the file.  The Picture Topics are the same way.

Actually, it doesn't have anything to do with CamCaps' mods or the CC
site. But, you're right, it is all about RLC. They issue a DMCA takedown
notice to the 3rd-party host site, such as zupimages or kepkuldes, to
remove the media from their servers because it violates their copyright.

RLC are the owners of what we post and are exercising that ownership
to delete everything we post. But, CC is not deleting anything.

DMCA are from the dark side...

RLC are the ones from the dark side. The DMCA is just a law. Not an
office, not a group of people. Just words on a piece of paper.

I'd say Congress is the dark side, since they're ones that enacted the law.  And while the DMCA is not an entity in itself, there are agents that are enlisted to help clients enforce the law.  I believe RLC enlists such agents.  Perhaps you could think of them as Storm Troopers from the Dark Side.  I'm not really a Star Wars fan, so don't murder me if I'm a little off base with my analogy.
