Looking to the type of "kitchen" i don't think this was a "regular" apartment The loggia is that small grey line on the right side of Living room (visible on cam 5) I think you are right about the door, it could be the bathroom's door, but I am not sure about the grey area in the middle, it could be a small bedroom or a toilet like you said.
