I don't blame the neighbors for wanting to file a noise complaint.  I've had the police out to a couple of different neighbors houses for the same damn thing.  B4 is out of the main city but there is neighbors 360 degrees around them.  Each time I called the police, my neighbors were playing shitty music and way to loud.  All I wanted them to tell my neighbors was to turn that shit down!!
